You should probably wait about 6 weeks after finishing your round. That way your hormones can go to their normal level.
Yeah, I agree I have always used the steak day also, thanks for you input. I am considering if that time comes to maybe have her eat a small steak at noon her apple in the afternoon and then finish with as much steak as needed for din
One more quick question how long is recommended to get your hormones and thyroid tested after hcg? We are going to Arizona soon and there are two new Theranos labs in the Phoenix area. It is exciting that we will soon be able to get tests cheaper and faster to monitor our own health.

Could you explain that again![]()
I was down .2 this morning I have mixed feelings about this as I usually do better the 1st week, I am doing injections this round where all the other rounds have been hhcg.
Here are the stats:
Before loading 172
After loading 174.6
Today vlcd 7 169.4
Total loss 5.2 with loading but only 2.6 not including the loading my LDW in my earlier round was 170 so in a week I am only down .6, when I was on the hhcg pellets the losses the 1st week were closer to 8 to 10 pounds.
FYI I am following protocol except I eat green beans which I have used before on my other rounds which never stalled me.
I am taking 125 iu not hungry except the last couple of mornings where my stomach growled all morning so I had lunch about 11:30.
Any ideas?
quirky, there are mixing directions at the top of the newcomer's forum.
jabbok, not every round is the same no matter what method you're using. It depends on how much crappy food you were eating before going on the round. Most of us eat better as we do rounds and learn more about nutrition so we don't have the large amount of water weight to drop. I'd quit eating the green beans though.

Thanks I will drop the green beans I do know that all the rounds are different I will just hang in there and see how week 2 goes I was just a little surprised at the low losses I have at least 30 pounds to lose.
If I am hungry all morning does that mean that my dose isn't right? It's not so bad that I want to chew my arm off just growling and rumbling all moring even with drinking water and tea.
Some people always experience a little hunger in the mornings since there is no breakfast. Unless it's extreme, it's nothing to worry about. You could eat one of your fruits for breakfast instead of lunch. And noises are normal. It's actual HUNGER you need to look out for.

Grammy-
Today is day 4 in P3. I have had some bad bloating and constipation. I am taking a digestive enzymes and a probiotic. I had to do poop tea last night. I have introduced dairy and think I might have an issue w/cheese. I seem to gain on the day I had it. I lost it the day I didn't have it. Could the bloating be an issue w/dairy? Never noticed a lactose issue in the past. Anything I can do for this bloating? Feel fat and heavy. Hate it! I am up one lb from my liw.
Yes it could be the dairy. It's a common problem. But most gain a bit from their LIW.

Hi Grammy-
I did my last round with an NP, but want to do this 2nd round on my own. I have read the threads of where to buy HCG, and lots of info. I want to know what YOU would do. If you were going to do another round today, who would you order from and WHAT would you order? I see there is powder and liquid hcg. I am doing a 28 day round of injections, and was thinking two 2,000 IU vials so I could remix halfway through my round. Please advise on what exactly you would order for success!
Thank you for your help grammy!![]()
I would order from www.safemedsforall.com. I don't know what brand though. They have discontinued Hucog and I've never used anything else. So I really don't know WHAT brand I would order. I probably personally wouldn't order Corion because I see so many dosing problems with it. Many swear by it though. I usually get 2000 iu vials. Just don't order Fertigyn. It comes in a snap off top that is very difficult to mix!
