I read on here somewhere that there was a calculation for figuring out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and also to figure out how much protein to eat everyday, but now I cannot find it anywhere. Do you happen to know what it is?

No, sorry. I don't believe in counting calories. Calories in/calories out is a lie. Don't fall into that trap of slavishly following a calorie count or you'll damage your metabolism again.

Hi Grammy I have a question. I am vlcd15 down 12lbs. I started on hhcg drops as my hcg I ordered for injections took way too long to arrive. I did drops for a week then switched a week ago to injections 150iu. I have been annoyingly hunger most of the days not starved but since I have done this before I knew my dose was not quite right. So yesterday I skipped an didn't really notice any difference until after dinner and as the night went on I started to get hungrier and hungrier to the point where I had a hard time sleeping last night and woke up starving So I went up to 175iu today. Was that the right decision. I had thought when I did the skip day maybe my dose was too high but after how hungry I was last night I decided it was maybe too low. My last round was a year ago. Thanks

    Hi Colleen,

Yet another dosage question..... I am on my VLCD 6. Happy with my progress, lost 7 pounds during this time, BUT I am so hungry. I have been hungry since my start.

I am doing injections Corion, 100 iu. I didn't take my injection on Thursday as I thought my dose was too high. Hungry all day. I wake up around 2:00-3:00 a.m. Just HUNGRY. And having a hard time going back to sleep. So I am dragging all day. Should I go up to 110iu?

I have had a few misstarts with HCG in the past, meaning I start and find myself cheating so I stop. I am really committed this time, but the hunger is killing me. I am trying to do a short 23 day round. With these misstart round I did do the 100 iu without being hungry. I don't know what the heck is my problem this time. Now that I am committed, I am having a hard time with hunger. I will power thru the hunger, but I want to stabilize well for my P3. I don't want to do this again

Thank you for your wisdom and help.

Hi Grammy! Good morning! Well... Looks like hunger issues discussion this morning I'm so glad we don't have to struggle with staying hungry! Takes a lil work to get it right but so much better! Many thanks to you!!

So yesterday was a bit surprising to me atleast Before and especially after my dinner was the first time in several days that I was actually not hungry. Almost too full after dinner. I had a full meal. Meat veggies and fruit. No bread. I had a small snack of 1oz protein at 4/5pm like I have had to do for the past cpl days and it was the first time I wasn't still racing to have dinner. I know yesterday we thought myb my dose was slightly too high but I mistakenly dosed a lil higher. So anyway. Yesterday's dose was 140iu. Not sure if you still think it's too high. I still get a lil confused with what means what. Thanks

Yes that was the right decision, Tommy. If you're hungrier on a skip day, then your dose is a little low.

Fara, is there a reason you only took 100 to start? That's lower than normal unless that's where you ended last time on Corion. It sounds like you need to go up on your dose.

shining, if you felt a lot better yesterday, then just hold there and see how you do. Glad you're felling better!

Yes Colleen, that's what I used in my previous rounds, 100iu. What does would you recommend? Should I go up to 110 or 120?
