    Hi Grammy,

I thought I read somewhere on here that rashes are common while on HCG. Well, I developed a rash/irritation on both of my upper arms which itches and of course I scratch! I have been putting my oil free body lotion on but can I use cortisone or even a steroid cream? Any suggestions?

Scout, hunger doesn't have anything to do with forgetting some allowed strawberries. It is always dose related. Try bumping up your dose to about 135 iu.

    Will do. Thanks

The hunger subsided after about ~2 hours and I didn't wake up hungry. Are you saying one should never experience hunger at all even if it subsides?

Thanks I was kinda of thinking that but it sucks as my weight loss has picked up in the last few days 4.2 pounds in 4 days.

I have hhcg pellets that have the real hcg in them do you think I could take them to get to 30 days?

Cheeky, I wouldn't say rashes are common. We sometimes see them but I'm not sure it's from hcg. It might be detox might be something you're eating like strawberries or shrimp. Just don't use anything with oil in it on your skin. Good luck!

scout, hunger just before a meal is fine. That's normal. Other hunger that just keeps happening is dose related. And you're on sublingual which is hard anyway because you never know how much you're absorbing, plus you're on a lower than normal dose for sublingual. So I'm trying to be proactive so you don't get into a situation where you regain once you get to P3.

jabbok, I wouldn't do that. I'd either try upping the dose a bit or just stop. You could test your hcg with a pregnancy test and if you get any kind of positive that will tell you at least there's some potency and upping it might help.

Today is P3day2, and I am DOWN 2.5 of my LIW.
Obviously, yesterday was my first day eating P3 I had eggs in coconut oil, avocados, lots of veggies, a ton of protein and two servings of fruit. I was so bloated last night I was prepared to see at least a .5 gain.
Today, I've been eating a lot of protein and my eggs/oil, veggies. I was out with my kids and started getting shaky even though it was only two hours after lunch so I ate what was available to me, which was approved turkey but added three slices of white cheese. I had hoped to wait until day 4 to eat cheese.
If my weight is still this "low" tomorrow, is it okay since I'm still new to P3?

Libby, I wouldn't worry about it unless you just kept dropping a ton of weight. It's fine.

Si, you need to read Pounds and inches. It sounds like you haven't read it and it's crucial for success. You skip a day if you're doing a long round. it's to avoid immunity so you can actually do a long round.

Question: Are xylitol or erithrytol OK in P3? I know stevia is, but I have chocolate that has erythritol an stevia in it. Thanks!
