How late in the day do you drink your water? The Plan says you shouldn't drink past 7:30 or it affects your weight.

I have a question about p3 and gaining some pounds. I upped my exercise quite a bit since phase 3 and started lifting a bunch more weights to help with the body reshaping that I read about. So, let's say I were to gain a little over 2 pounds...how do know that isn't muscle? Is that even possible? Because if it is muscle, I wouldn't want to do a steak day, correct? I'm on day 4 of p3.

Was this for me? LOL. I try not to drink late but there have been times I have woke up to pee and been very thisty and had to take a sip. But I definitely don't stop at 7. I think I have my body trained to take in so much and if I drink less than that, my fingers swell and my mouth is dry. I am going to try to stop earlier though and see if that helps.

Angee, I always advocate the steak day no matter what. I wouldn't do more in P3 than you were doing in P2 though. The hypothalamus is gearing up again and extra exercise seems to derail it.

Yes that was for you, Ginger. LOL She says to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz, all before 7:30. If you're having trouble with water retention and swelling, she says add lemon juice to your water and it aids absorption.

I feel fantastic by the way. And I'm noticeably less puffy and have less cellulite.

That's great - what in general went into the 3-day cleanse? (That part of the book is grayed-out at Amazon.)

Hey Grammy, for a steak day in phase 3....could I just eat a big, fat salmon with coconut oil or butter instead of steak?
That sounds more appetizing to me than trying to choke down a steak. Ask Grammy

Angee, ome people do okay with that but protocol is a steak.

Kay, try skipping the next 2 doses and see how you feel. If better, the dose is too high. If no better, the dose is too low.

dream, I don't really know how those would work with the protocol. They are way healthier than real cigarettes though.
