    Colleen,
Can you tell me how to find info on BPC IF?
Never done BPC, but would like to know what you use/how much, and also how to do/how long, the IF.
I know you've done it in the past, If you don't mind sharing what you do?

    Thanks!

Could those be the culprit to gain a lb? I also had roasted cabbage and broccoli, maybe too many carbs.
Could be the dairy, too, unless you already tested cheese. That was a lot of fruit for one day. I LOVE watermelon, too. It's hard to just have a little. I sprinkle pink Himalayan salt on mine. Guess this is the season, too, but be careful!!! Try just one fruit/day and see how it goes.

I'm not sure about flaxmeal for P3.... let's see what Grammy says.

That's a lot of fruit, Cindie. I wouldn't have more than 1-2 servings a day. Your ticker says this is round 4 for you though. I'm surprised you aren't an old hand at this by now! Flaxmeal is fine. The rest of your food is fine unless you're sensitive to dairy. continue to eat the dairy for a couple of days and see if your weight stays stable.

no par, it's on Dave's site. Just google bulletproof intermittent fasting and it will pop right up. I've never done it. I just drink the coffee because I like it.

I use his MCT oil but I use Toomers Costa Rican coffee. I like infrared roasted. It's less acidic and extracts the full flavor of the bean.

I'm an old hand till P3, when I am rendered completely brain damaged! The reason it's round 4 is cause I keep repeating the same behavior...this time I am determined not to do that again. Was a very hard round cause the lbs didn't come off like the first 4. But at the end of P2 I was at my goal. I have no idea how I finally got there. It's like I'm petrified to eat! Pretty silly.

    Grammy....
I'm struggling and need your help. I'm on VLCD17. I've done so well until this week. I have cheated twice this week. I never cheat....it's just unlike me...i've dealt with restaurant issues through this journey...cookouts at friends...even cooking country foods for my family like pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Never once did I even think of licking a spoon! LOL......it's the week of TOM......i'm still on injections...150 iu...i'm not hungry....when i cheat...it's not out of hunger. I do not crave sugar or carbs....and when I cheated...it was an overwhelming desire for flavor...and fat that I craved..I could use your wisdom and advice. TOM comes in 2 days...and I've had to pray for strength and will power. I don't want to waste my time...nor gain back the weight I've worked hard to lose. I did see a 1/2 gain the first cheat on Monday....it went away the following day....Wednesday's cheat cost me 3 lbs....I seem to hold off ok till evening...maybe I need to be busier in the evenings....Thanks for your help Colleen!!

Sometimes those cravings are the first sign of a dose issue. You might skip a shot and see if the cravings are better. If they are, then drop down to 125. Good luck!
