Sorry, you're right, tiki. I thought she was in P2. Coconut milk is fine in P3.

Kaymac, try cutting strawberries and cook your spinach. Raw spinach can affect your thyroid and strawberries are a big allergy item.

You can have spinach, just cook it. Romaine lettuce is great in a salad instead of raw spinach. Try oranges instead of strawberries.

Grammy, I was reading info from gutlessinseattle and listened to his recommendations on dosage. As a 5 round veteran, I should have known better than to tweak, but what's done is done. I was injecting 200iu subq. I think this too contributed to my rapid immunity symptoms.

Thanks Grammy. Any recommendations to where I can get authentic hcg?

Kellen, that's much too high. Guys often take that much to up testosterone or to increase sperm production but it's not good for weight loss.

So its week 2 P3, I am on vacation in California, invited to dinner at friends. They made morningstar crumbles chile with beans in it. I had 2 glasses of red wine and had to eat. I knew I would be faced with a situation so I ate 2 eggwhites, an apple and a slice of jarlsberg today. I sure hope I didn't mess up the works. I have maintained, but every day scares me. I really don't know what to eat when away from home and at the mercy of other people. I'd rather starve to death than eat a carb! Do you think the 8 carbs from morningstar and some beans will damage me? I think this round is the hardest cause now I know how hard it really is!

    Hi Grammy,

I'm a vegan and am looking for a plant based butter substitute. I think the vegetable spreads I have used go through this gas process thing and aren't good as they have trans fats? Don't suppose you know of any good plant based alternatives do you? I might have to make my own with coconut oil.

Also, a well known doctor here in the UK did an article yesterday saying he was wrong to recommend a low fat diet. He said the info went back to this guy who did a shoddy paper back in the 50's and thats when he was a medical student. He now says, like us alternatives out here that eating eggs and such is better than low fat diets. Nice to watch them play catch up!!
