    I'd cut eggs for now, Alexa. Something is causing your weight to go up that much. I don't have menus, sorry. I'm not a menu follower.

    10 pounds in 16 days is good, kfing. Most lose 12-15 pounds in 23 days and 25 pounds or so in 40 days. If you had higher expectations than that, they aren't realistic. Hcg is great but you have to have reasonable expectations.

    I won't eat egg starting tomorrow . What do you think about doing a couple of protein days ( no fruit and some vegetable ) ?

    You could do that for one day but I wouldn't do it longer than that. You have to make sure you're getting enough carbs in your diet.

    When you start eating only fats and protein with very few veggies or fruit, your carb level is too low and it affects your thyroid and adrenals. Then weight gain starts as the thyroid is depressed and nothing you do stops it. So you need to eat plenty of veggies and at least 1 fruit, preferably 2, per day.

    all this is super frustrating that is what I was doing before . Some strawberries with breakfast and apple for lunch and plenty of non starchy vegetables with lunch and dinner .
    Maybe is the eggs . In not eating eggs the rest of the week.

    Is any other food that I should look really closely other than nuts, cheese, milk, eggs??????

    It can be ANY food. There is a book called The Plan by Lyn-Genet Recitas that helps you figure out YOUR triggers. But eggs are VERY likely.

    I have a hard time making 500 calories. Today I'm going to max at 305. What's the best way to make up the calories? I've tried extra veggies, but I can only handle so much.

    Today's food;
    1 grapefruit split in halves
    4oz tilapia
    18 cherry tomatoes split between meals
    3.5oz chicken breast

    An apple is nearly 100 calories. Don't eat just grapefruit. And you need to vary up your veggies too.

    Hi Grammy..Into phase 4 and I decided to try and live Paleo. Today I ate my first carb in ages..but it was gluten free pasta made with corn and rice. What's your opinion of products like that? I'm nervous about adding carbs. Thanks so much for all your help! That pic of you and your hubby is stunning and so happy!
