Just wondering about the calories. This is my second round and I have never plugged in the numbers for how many calories I take in until yesterday. I am really a lot lower than I thought. I don't always get in all my veggies or both fruits. My first round and up until now, I just measured - not counted. I'm losing slower this time and craving more protein, so I wondered about adding an extra protein. When I looked at the calories, I'm not even getting to 400 most days. Can I be eating too few calories? Can it slow weight to be too low?

Thanks, but I am really asking what you believe happens to the weight that would normally drop when a stall ends if still on vlcd, but while in pre p3. I feel like it is extra weight that would come off but can't because I will be eating high fat, etc. in P3, (or just the pre p3 of 72 hrs no drops vlcd's) I know what I want to ask but it is hard to put in words. And I am of course just bummed because two 5 day stalls in one 30 day round is a lot of wasted time, and ending in a stall does not allow that weight to come off this round. Did you ever end in a stall?

    Thank you so much!
Maybe not spacing them out correctly is why I was famished last night! I mean truly hungry like I never was before in my life... I could have eaten the wallpaper!

I had to snack on something... so I had some salad veggies and corn..... I did not even weigh myself today because I fear it will discourage me.... I will complete the hcg diet program today without any cheats and weigh in tomorrow.

Thank you again! You are a great help!

I'v ended on a stall before. What weight is going to come off, comes off. Stalls actually help you be really stable in P3. They aren't a bad thing.

I ended P2 on a stall also! I was at my ending weight of 136 for the last week and a half of P2. It was discouraging at first until I noticed my clothes were still getting looser by the day even though the scale never moved.

Grammy.....somebody.....please help me please tell me that my drops arent fake drops......the label reads (Can you tell me if I have a good brand please. The bottle says take 3 drops under the tongue 2-8x/per day as needed for hunger and energy. The active ingredients are l-arginine 3x,12x,30x. l-carnitine 3x,12x,30x. l-ornithine 3x,12x,30x. HCG 6x,12x,30x,60x. and inactive are purifies water and 20% alchohol. ) My co worker said she lost 20 pds in 23 day using these drops. I'm hoping to lose 20+ pds by my 33rd birthday, Aug 1st. I started loading yesterday. I havent been doing a great job at loading. Everything i eat comes back out the other end.....sorry TMI......this diet seems "perfect" for me because my problem is that I dont eat enough. So 500 cal is ok with me.......please, please, please, tell me that my drops are good and theyre not the amino acids drops I've read about *crossing my fingers*

I think they have very little hcg in them. INgredients are listed by what is in them, highest first. Amino acids are listed first. So I'm not sure they are what you want to use. Check the homeopathic lounge thread for reputable hcg pharmacies.

Ask if anyone is familiar with these drops in the homeopathic lounge. You want to make sure you have good ones. Hcg quality is very important, especially with hhcg.

    Grammy,

congrats on your hubbys results! That's awesome!

I posted a few days ago about struggling maintaining even though I did great for the first 9 days. I'm 2 days away from P4 but there is no way I will do it until I feel more stable! You suggested that maybe I should adjust my LDW because I kept having to do steak days (3 in one week). After my last steak day I was 134.2 (my LDW is 133.6) but of course I went up a little the day after that (134.8) and the day after that (135.2), finally the third day (yesterday) I was 136.2 but I said, to heck with it and just ate normal P3 because I adjusted my LDW. This morning I was 138 so I did a steak day AGAIN! Eek! That's almost 5 lbs from my original LDW. Should I do a high protein day tomorrow? What do you suggest I do? I had a lot of cottage cheese yesterday so that may have been the culprit, I know a lot of brands have hidden starch in them but you would think me being this late in P3 it would not bother me!
ANy suggestions on how I should eat the next few days?
