Thanks Grammy. I figured the gain/loss part of loading was a wash. I'll count it then...happily. And no freezing the hcg. I'll mark on my calendar to mix up new batch at 24 days (I'll compromise 😉. You didn't say if my OPENED Bac Water can be used or not. Thanks again for the reassurance.
Round 3:
SW (8/1/15): 134.8 lbs. (+5 lbs R2 LIW)
LIW (8/29/15): 123.2 lbs. TOTAL LOSS -11.6 lbs.; 17.75 inches
Went from a tight size 12 (164 lbs) to size 6 (123).
Apr 2016 Update: In the midst of Round 4 with a goal of ~123 lbs AGAIN, but more importantly, I'm looking to lose inches. 4/10/16: 126.6; size 6s loose.
Start 6/3/2011 @ 165.25'7'' - 49 yo
R1=31.6# lost; .548#/day average loss, 7/28/2011 LIW=137.6
R2=12.4# lost; .4133/day average loss; 11/16/2011 LIW=126

R4 commencing 12/31/2017...32-day round; lost 14#... age 55
Thx...Thatz what I thought too...but I've read so much it's hard to keep my facts straight.

Hi Grammy,
I did 2 rounds of hhcg in 2012 and have had no issues keeping my weight off, however, since finishing my last round in 9/2012 I have been suffering fatigue/exhaustion. A few weeks ago my Dr. ordered some thyroid tests and the results were as follows:
TSH - .0783 (ref. range is 0.450-4.500)
T4 Free Serum - 1.31 (ref. range 0.82-1.77)
Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) AB - 17 ( ref. 0-34)
Reverse T3 - 34.1 (ref. 9.2 - 24.1)
Due to the RT3 coming back out of range, the lab made a note that Free T3 should be tested and my doctor concurs. I will be having blood drawn for that test tomorrow.
I know that you are highly knowledgable about thyroid issues and wondered what your thoughts are.
Should I be concerned about the high RT3?
Could this be the cause of my fatigue?
Is there anything I can take to lower the RT3 naturally without an Rx?
Would taking Iodine help boost my energy levels or would Iodine interfere with the RT3 levels?
Thank you for your time and help![]()
It looks like you have a thyroid autoimmune disease. 17 is not over the range but that's high enough that I would assume I had some autoimmune issues starting and take steps accordingly like cutting out gluten and dairy. And with reverse T3 issues you'll likely need straight T3 to clear it out. I wouldn't take iodine yet until you figure out what's going on. But I WOULD change my diet. Good luck!
I'm heading out to my big annual conference,friends. Won't be on here much at all this week. I'm sure our knowledgable friends like Ginger, Hcg, and others will jump in and help!

I have been starving for a week. I seem to do better on a skip day. I'm starving in the morning from about 7-11:30, then I eat lunch and feel ok. Should I lower my dose? I doubled the bac. Water, so I take double the dose.
When was your last skip day?
And when do you take your injection?
And also really just hunger in the morning?
If so sounds as though your dose is low.
What is you dose?
I can't tell your dose from that info. How many ius Hcg did you start with and how much bac water did you use to mix it. .4 is most likely 200ius which is way high. Is this your first round?
