I'd still guess you only ran out a few days ago. Otherwise you would have felt bad and wouldn't have lost well. Everything changed a few days ago.

So I just continue as normal and do the remaining 21 days? I'm hungry as a horse today but that could also be mental as I now know I wasn't actually injecting HCg!

    Thanks, Grammy!

Yes I'd continue as normal. Hunger should be gone in another day. Good luck!

Hi , about a week ago, I asked about the possibility that I had become immune to the hcg... and you said it was likely my dose was too high from my clinic. I had just finished my 72 hours come off hcg when I messaged, so I decided to give myself a little bit of a planned interruption for 5 days just to have something different. (My weight was not stabilizing well at all, even with the only carbs coming from a max of one apple on a couple days and introducing a max of 2 new things per day - definitely was getting enough protein and I think enough calories, so I will probably be a little scared once I am actually done with P2.)

Anyway...today I jumped back on P2 with a half dose of hcg and you were so right! I am not hungry at all. Even on this first day back. =) Thank you so very much! You're the best!

The tablets say 300 units - so I am currently taking 150. I will pay close attention to make sure I don't go below 125. Thank you so much!

    Hi .

I'm on R1P2D50 with HHCG drop and planning to do p2 for 60 days or longer. Tomorrow is my expected start day of TOM. I've lost 27.97lbs so far. I need your help...

I did my first cheating today. (I wasn't hungry at all but probably thanks to TOM... and It must be the last cheat) I didn't eat anything out of the protocol food list and I didn't mix the food, but just ate HUUUGE amount of them; almost 800g of protein(chicken breast for lunch and beef sirloin for dinner) and 700g of grilled onion in total... + 1.5 serving of apple for lunch and 1 serving of grapefruit for dinner(I was shocked by knowing that my stomach is still this big...)

Anyway, what should I do to from now to minimize the impact? It's bed time here. What should I do before going to bed and from tomorrow? Please give me a direction Grammy.

    Thank you.

There really isn't anything you can do to minimize the impact. No exercise or anything else. Just take your lumps and it all will pass. But you should not do P2 for 60 days. That is MUCH too long. And the most you should lose in a single round is 34 pounds. 40 is allowed if you are extremely heavy but that's it. Losing too much at once does a terrible number on your skin. The breaks allow your skin to catch up and your liver to bounce back from processing all the toxins in the fat you lose.

    Good luck!

Thanks Grammy. I didn't know you've answered and wrote a post on the same content. I want to erase it but don't know how... Ask Grammy
