125 is too low for most on sublingual, indigo. 166 is better. Maybe you'd better do 3x a day. That would be close to the normal dose of 320 a day. What a stupid way to mix it! It will be very hard to adjust.

    varoopa, no.
LOL! funny you mention that Grammy, last night I started reading all sorts of stuff on TSH and T3 and T4 and how currently they consider .5-5 normal but docs are pushing for a more refined scale of .5-3. My TSH was 2.09...Nothing on the list T3 or T4. I am planning on calling the doctor today to discuss my symptoms and the testing.
See, you never know what might prompt more investigation and learning...

Hello Grammy..... HELP. I am hungry, very hungry.

On day 7 vlcd, doing the RX injections ordered from ADC, Corion 2000IU. I was following someone elses directions and mixed it with only 2 cc of bac water, so I know that this is very consetrated. (Will mix it with 8 cc on next batch). I started out at 150 IU (1cc syringe, filling between .14 and the .16 mark, hope I am saying that right). I was starving on Monday, I did a skip day yesterday, and the day was good, not much hunger. So I dropped my dosage down to 125 today, and I am starving. Did I drop it to low, or does it take a few days to adjust.

I think I am going to remix tonight. I just thing the dosage would be much better to figure out and easier to adjust. What do you think?

    THANKS,
    Laura

Just more info. I was just a little hungry this AM, but it was after I ate my lunch that I was famished. My desk was starting to look good.

Thanks again for all you do.

Seeking out a bit of advice...

    Colleen,

As a new member who has been reading through your many posts I want to take the time to thank you. Your information is very helpful and I appreciate you helping where you can. I have been researching what HCG product would be the best choice for me and I feel like I have just ran in circles with the many many different products and outlets out there. I know you get your HCG from ADC correct? What is the HCG product you prefer from ADC? I am preparing to start my first round with HCG and am nervous about buying the wrong HCG and having my first round not work out. I see many posts on this site about people being unhappy or blaming the product they bought, but very few people suggesting a product that they have a lot of faith in.

Any suggestions on which direction I should go would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thank you for your time!

    My question is this:
I am not happy with hhcg so I ordered the real deal from ADC and I want to do sublingual. Can I just switch it over right now in the middle of my first round?
Also, can I mix with vodka and the b12 shots from ADC to save money and not buy any colloidal silver?
Thirdly, I have a B complex sublingual drops I use. They are not JUST b12 but have a lot of b12 in them. Should I mix with that instead?

    Thanks!
    Katrina
I weight myself once a week. Im in the middle of P2 right now.
    Down about 20 lbs ish

Thank you Colleen, for your reply to my previous post.

I have some sleeping trouble since I started hcg. I bought a "melatonin" tablet from walgreen with 5mg. Here's the ingredients listed:

Ingredients: Cellulose , Dibasic Calcium Phosphate , Hypromellose , Stearic Acid , Magnesium Stearate , Silica , Methylcellulose , Glycerin

Is this fine to take? They didn't carry any capsule types. Please advise. Thank you!

    Colleen.
Do you advocate using B12 injections or sublingual B12 when doing an HCG round?

Also, I guess I should stop taking Dr. Kruse's top 10 supplements and start taking his supps for HCG users..your thoughts? This is probably more important than the B12 if I had to choose.

    Thank you,
    Randi

    Hi Colleen,

My mom just finished her first round of hcg and lost 28 lbs with NO cheating and she is on day 6 of P3 and has started to have stomach pains. We are thinking that it might be from the relatively high fat diet of P3 combined with the fact that she has no gallbladder. I know you have also had yours removed, can you offer any advice? Supplements? Lower fat foods maybe? She seems to be stabilizing well so far.

Thank you for all you do
    Claire

    Please Help!
I received my hog today from my doctor but I am wondering if the dosage is correct. The bottle was pre mixed for me. It says
    HCG 5ML MDV 1000U/ML injection
inject .125ml in muscle daily for 40 days

I am confused by the point125. I thought the dosage was 125 NOT .125.
    Am I just confused?
    I am using a 1m U-100 25G1 syringe that I fill to 12.5

Is this correct? It is one bottle and doesn't seem enough for 40 days!

    Thank you!

Those are often a problem. They are loaded with salt and you tend to eat more than one tomato. tomatoes are very high in natural sugar.

You all have been yacky today! I'm traveling, on my way to AZ.

Ruby, typical stall. Just hang in there.

Laura, it will likely take a few days to adjust. Give it one more day and let's talk again.

challenger, they are all good. I use hucog myself but any of them are good.

Katrina, the best way to mix is not with vodka OR colloidal silver but with plain old cheap saline from the drug store. Most use wound wash. And yes you can start the RX but you'll need to use both methods for 2 days while the RX builds up in your blood.

Polaris, that stuff never works for me but you can try it.

Randi, I always take B12 so you can take it if you want but if you aren't deficient it won't do much for you.

Claire, have her take digestive enzymes and Hydrochloric acid. That will help a lot. and she may have a food sensitivity. Dairy comes to mind.

15, that's a dose of 125 which is probably too low. Also I would not do intramuscular injections. They are hard to dose right because one day the dose is too high and one day too low if your activity level varies. We can't inject them in our butt like Dr. S did so we use the arm or thigh and get into trouble that way. I'd do 150 in the stomach.

Colleen - I did post this in a thread but only heard from 2 - what I'm wondering is does HCG cause tenderness/sore breasts? I've just noticed this and it's uncomfortable but not sure if it's the hcg but that would be the only new thing I've introduced.

    Colleen, Thanks for your reply.
Today is the second day of doing the 125IU, and I am hungry. I did my injections around 6AM, had coffee, hunger hit around 9 AM and has not gone away, even after eating lunch. It seems to be getting worse as the day goes on, I can't take it.

So does this mean that I should go up or down? I am so confused.

    Thanks,
    Laura
