    Hi Grammy.

    Today I injected 125 iu which is 50 cc and I was fine up until I ate lunch then right after I was hungry all day. It wasn't so much that I couldn't bear it...thank goodness. But it was more than a little and it was all day until I ate dinner which I'm doing now...not sure how I'll feel after.

    Should my injection be the same tomorrow...if not what should it be?

    Sorry...I feel like I'm the most difficult person you've had to deal with but I thank you for sticking by me. I would have given up already if it weren't for you.

    shannon, i'm wondering if your solution has gotten compromised maybe. That's not normal, especially for it to start all of a sudden as the hcg has aged. I think I would try remixing and see if it does it with a fresh solution.

    april, it sounds like the dose is still too high. Try 100 iu tomorrow.

    Hi!

    I'm on P3 day 21 and I jumped 2 pounds overnight. I've been stabilizing well. Always within the 2 lb window. I didn't eat anything new last night..I guess it's impossible for you to know! I had a cavity replaced yesterday.. I haven't "gone" in a while (took something for that today). Any suggestions? Besides a high protein day? LOL...just realizing how vague this is. I appreciate any advise thanks!

    Ive been ultra low carb for a while and I totally abused hcg for a while, by not doing p3 correct then jumping into another round to fix it right away, then it turned into cycling ( i havent done a round for about a year now though). Anyways, I know Dr S says we can exclude some of the foods. So with my carb resistance I have chosen to exclude my fruit and melba. My question is, can I up my protein so that I still get 500 calories a day? For instance I would have to eat 14oz of chicken breast per day ( according to the package I have) with my asparagus to get to 500 cal. When actually that is doubling my protein.. is this ok or is my thinking way off..

    I really don't recommend eliminating all your carbs. It's very harmful long term to your adrenals and thyroid.

    So if I add 1/2 a grapefruit once a day , would that be better? And then up the protein.. or should I just get the added protein out of my head all together.

    Have you heard of *Lakanto* sweetener? I'll enclose a link. I would love to use Xylitol, but for whatever reason, and sadly, even a tsp in my tea or coffee upsets my GI tract. Also, that *freezing* or like *minty* sensation is too much for me So I look for alternatives.

    I am NOT crazy about any corn product of course, although I'm not as concerned if it's non-gmo, but does the starchiness still remain in something like this in your opinion?

    I may just mix erythritol with stevia myself but would love your opinion on this Lakanto product. I have no problem with the Monk fruit sweetener.
