Quick question...today is my skip day and I started getting hungry around 10:30 this morning but managed to make it to lunch. It is now 3 pm and I am hungry again. My last skip day was absolutely great so I dropped my injections down from 125 to 100 iu's. Would I be correct to think my dose may be low now?

3 pm is too early to tell. See how you feel in the next few hours. If the hunger gets worse, then the dose is low. If it gets better then the dose is high.

People on the perfect dose can sometimes be hungry on a normal skip day. Did you have any hunger before your skip day in the evenings?

No, I didn't. I think I was unpleasantly surprised since the last skip day was perfect

I've had supper and I am feeling fine now. I will admit that my lunch was short a bit on protein. I thought I had enough shrimp but it was just under 3 oz.

    Glad you're feeling fine now!

I've had a terrible time getting on the forum the last few days. Anyone else struggling? Maybe it's the lousy internet at this hotel. I'm on to Orlando tomorrow and maybe that one will be better. I finally had to activate the hot spot on my phone to even get on today for a second.

Ok, so I was a little confused about the phases. I am in the 72 hours after last injection, which I thought was the start of P3 but I guess is actually the end of p2...anyway, I am extremely hungry! I suspected my hcg might have been becoming ineffective with my last couple shots but I was still losing weight. But I'm not quite to the end of my 72 hours and I'm seriously considering cheating I'm so hungry- and I haven't ever had a cheat day before. Is this something anyone else has experienced and is there anything I can do to make it easier to get through without cheating? I'm so close!

Ginger, I ate around 5 pm and it was Delish!! Smothered in butter. And it wasn't all that difficult to do this steak day at all. I hope I see results in the morning!! I"ll keep you 'posted'!! Thank for your help!

Allison, I hope you are doing ok still. I don't see Ginger on, and Grammy is having trouble accessing the forums right now because she is away, so I'm popping in to see if I can help you.

The extreme hunger probably indicates the HCG is gone from your system, especially if you were getting hungry through your last few shots. You don't say when your 72 hours will end, but it seems you are near the end of it? To be safe, you can just increase P2 proteins and veggies enough to abate the hunger until the 72 hours is up before you start adding fats.

Leez is correct. If your hcg was old that would account for the hunger the last few days and for the extreme hunger now. Definitely add in some extra protein until your 72 hours is up. You dont want to damage your metabolism from being on 500cals without a bit of hcg in your body. Good Luck!

Glad it went well for you! I am always surprised that a steak day really isn't as hard as I think it will be. Did you get a good loss today?

Yes, I lost 1.4#. HOW does that happen? I don't get it?
What would you eat today to up the fat? I had one egg, 2 egg whites and 2 strips of bacon. handful of almonds.
Is fried chicken allowed sans the skin?
I feel like if I eat high fats and get calories up that I will gain again? I do not feel stabalized yet and P3 is over on Sunday. Need your thoughts, Ginger pleeeeez! Thanks
