You probably need a good candida cleanse with actual drug like Diflucan. Sometimes the candida overgrowth is so bad that you need the powerful anti fungal drug. I was on it for 6 mos.

Maybe every round I've done my loads have been sugar and mostly crap. So that's why I lost less this time. I guess I'm just anxious to get down. I'm really big right now. Lol. I gained really fast. Since I'd been eating 14-1500 cals I ate to hunger for a week before round. I started at 128 eating more calories. and then started loading at 136 and went up to 144.4 on my load. I'm at 137 and of course am now worried I won't lose enough in this short round. I'm hoping to get back to 124 or so.
Can't believe I'm here again. This time, less to lose. Paleo for almost 2 years. Loving life n hoping this round goes quick!

What did you load on? That's a lot to gain on a load.

I loaded on uncured bacon. Avocados. Pork ribs. Ribeye steaks Paleo coconut wraps and I did have 3 gluten free cookies just because. And some apricot jelly. Lol I always gain big time in loads. And I get uncomfortably full super quick. I gained 8 lbs In the week prior eating more food and more freely. I had almond butter (which I always pass) chorizo sausage and some gluten free really clean pancakes with maple syrup. Everything else was just bigger portions and more olive oil.

Pork, especially bacon, is a high allergen meat. You might try eliminating bacon from your diet for a while.

I'm not a big believer in stuffing yourself with things on a load. Eating to capacity for me is just eating the stuff I would normally eat and eating more frequently.

Grammy I have a dosing question. I am on day 26 and have been bouncing around the same 1 lb for 8 days..very frustrating. The first 17 days I was doing well at about 17 lb loss, but since then it stopped. The doctor prescribed mixing 5mL water into 5000iu, and taking 225iu per day. I went down to 200iu about a week in since their dose seemed high to me. I need to mix the second bottle for the rest for my round soon, but want to make sure I am mixing right.

For the remainder of my bottle what dose should I be taking? The clinic said my dose was fine because I have about 100 to lose and am young. They also said it stayed potent for about 45 days. The past week I have noticed hunger in the mornings, very extreme 1 day.

I tried to post this in a different thread but it didn't show up, so sorry for the repeat if it does eventually.

I hear you and I don't go too crazy anymore but I did notice I struggled more with hunger one time when I loaded not going crazy. ... Then again those were fake drops so now that I think about it I would have been hungry no matter what.

Your dose is much too high, Sah. It's time for a stall though so try not to worry about that. Much of the loss in the first week is water weight and your body has to play catch up. But I would mix your next bottle with 10 cc of bacteriostatic fluid then inject 150 iu (30 units.)

Joline, yes you can't really base your past experience with the fake drops.

No, she said it was only filtered warm water. Since I was on P2 at the time, I was leery that anything added could possibly cause me to stall or even gain.

I only had it done once because I'd had a colonoscopy a few months earlier & was told that by my Gastro that my system wasn't fully cleaned out prior to the procedure, even though I had taken all of the prescribed liquid mag citrate the day before. This made me curious on what I needed to do to clear as much stuff out as possible, and I discovered colonics.

The procedure was great, clean, painless, and odorless, I felt like I was in a spa. It's something I would actually be willing to do once or twice a year if given the chance.

Hope you get to the root of your problem soon. How does your chronic constipation affect your stabilization? Do you have more rounds planned? I'm the one with the friend who gains 10-15 pounds during loading after eating lots of pork, nutty candies, and French fries. She says she's also suffered from chronic constipation all of her life, but has no diagnosed thyroid issues.
