I would hold it at 100 another day at least. It takes 2-3 days for levels to fall when you adjust it, and I really really hate going under that because I'm never really sure if someone is getting enough hcg to do the job.

    Yeah,

I wasn't too comfortable about going under 100 either. I will hold at 100 for the next two days and see what happens.

Hi Grammy. Remember me? Lol. So I decided to try this again. I gained a ton of weight after the last failed round. Went from 138-146 and after load was over 150. I'm thinking I'll divide my meals into 4 to keep my blood sugar stabile. I tried the metformin but it upset my stomach so much I stopped it. I'm thinking to try it again either during this round or after. Would it be ok to start the metformin during a round or would that be a big mistake? I just gotta do whatever it takes to get through this round. I've done so many successfully before I don't know what happened last time. Terrible! Also no dr h's offered to give me anything other than birth control for my low estrogen and progesterone. Would you recommend anything else? Thanks Grammy. Hope you and your family are well! ❤️
Can't believe I'm here again. This time, less to lose. Paleo for almost 2 years. Loving life n hoping this round goes quick!

Hi Joline! I was just wondering how you were doing. Try cutting your metformin in half and start with just 1/2 pill per day then go to 1/2 pill twice a day before going to the recommended dose. I think you'll be okay if you do that and take it on a full stomach. I don't think it would be a mistake to start it on P2.

Do NOT take birth control for your hormonal problems. Where do you live? Let me see if I can find a doctor I would recommend for you.

I live in Rutherford New Jersey. That's Bergen county. I'd prefer nj but I live 5 min from New York City and id go there if I had too! Thanks Grammy. Being that I'm dividing my p2 meals into 4 do you think that's full enough to take 1/2 the pill? Of maybe just divide 1 meal and eat dinner as a whole p2 meal and take it then? Thanks so much!

I'd take the pill with your largest meal. Let me see who I can find that looks good in your area. I have some errands I'm running out for right now but I'll look around when I get back.

Hi Grammy, do know what I can do about low blood sugar levels. Last night was pretty bad, and today I am having moderate low blood sugar levels symptoms. Any suggestions?

You might break up your food more. Sorry you're dealing with that. It's no fun!

Thanks Grammy. Take your time. I truly appreciate it. Kelly: breaking up my food has really helped me the last 2 days. And putting cinnamon on my cucumbers. Fruits and teas helps too. Good luck.

okay I will try that. I think I spoke too soon yesterday when I said my hunger was gone. I should have waited longer after eating dinner because my hunger definitely increased last night. By the time I went to bed I was completely, ravished which never happened since taking the injections. So 100iu is definitely too low. I injected at 110iu this morning and began feeling better about an hour later. I feel a lot better at 110iu I just need to get my sugar levels more stable.

Hi Grammy, I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere but I did a search and nothing came up for me. I am presently on VCLD #9 using drops, however, I would like to switch over to injections. This is my first time ever using drops and I am just miserable. Hungry all the time and have had a head since day one. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I really didn't load very well at all. (gained 2 pounds though) Anyway, years ago I did injections and never felt like I do presently... so I want to switch back. How would you recommend doing it? Would you just starts injections, would you do a small load with good healthy fats, would you suggest something different?? Thank you for your input!
