OH, NO. I tested my HCG and it was negative. I have one vial left unmixed. I guess I should try that one and see if it is potent or not. I will need to buy another test and I'll let you know.

I can't believe I have been following the protocol for days and days and it is not valid. No wonder I Have not been having any success.

I had a feeling. . . Mix up the other one and test it. Make sure you don't get a test at Dollar General by the way. Those aren't sensitive enough or else they often have bad ones.

Hi Grammy,

I'm on injection #21 and my losses have been pretty good. Most mornings I'm down .6. I'm down a total of 11.6 lbs since VLCD1 ( I forgot to take my weight preloading.) I am taking 200IU and feel good on it, especially the days where I add B12. Wow, then i feel unbelievable. Couple questions:
1. My new vial came today and it is Corion 5000, I have been using Ovidac for the last 20 days. How should I mix the Corion? and should I continue with my 200IU?
2. How much B12 can I take? Can i take it everyday? My blood levels are in the normal range as I just had my blood work done. I am not low I just love the mix of HCG and B12. I feel great when i take it together.
3. Can I mix it in the same syringe ( pull out my dose of HCG and then add the B12 to it) or should I do this separately?

I don't know, Nexuz. I never used it. Just do a Google search.

mom, you mix it the same way no matter what type of hcg you're using. 200 is a very high dose but if you feel okay on it then it's fine. But it's unusual to take that much. I wouldn't pull up hcg then pull up B12 because it will make your needle super dull and it will be painful to inject.

You could just do a B12 injection once a week if you want. B12 actually doesn't help losses if your levels are normal.

Hi Grammy, I'm getting ready to order from my hcg, and they have quite a few different brands. Is there one or two you could suggest? Or do I just throw a dart and see where it lands? (I believe last time I used hucog or something like that.)

Hello Grammy,
Its been a while that I've been on the forum. I did hcg for 25 days on 80iu sometimes went down to 60iu. Wasn't hungry on 60. Anyway, since I stopped i gained 6ibs back. You adviced me to switch to IM injections. Since I'm a lil nervous about IM can I do sublingual?
If i do IM injections, what's the shortest needle I could use? I still have the website you gave me forbthe 27g needles but i was wondering whats the shortest and thinnest needle I could use. And at what dose would i start?

You'd need to go with the 1 1/2' needles, marmar. As far as the sublingual, I really don't know. You could try it but I don't know if it would work. And you for sure need to not start another round for a very long time right now, not even IM. Look into Pomroy's 28 Day Fast Metabolism Diet or the Trim Healthy Mama one.
