I am on day 18 of P2. After losing 10 lbs I've been hovering up and down at the same weight the past 4 to 5 days. I checked my menu, lotions, water intake, etc, and am taking Natural Calm magnesium + probiotics as I haven't had a BM in those 4 days..I'll take a laxative tonight and if the next day I'm still at a stall should I do a steak day?
I read that instead of the psychological apple day the mini steak day (or a steak at the end of the day) is an experimental but effective way to break the stall.
Do you recommend the steak idea for P2??? I'm getting discouraged with the stalled weight and slow losses.

He is going great guns, but I don't think my results are very good.

Hi again, still injecting 30 on my insulin needles, still hungry. (my 7th injection was today)
Weird though, cuz not at meal times, just randomly throughout the day. It seems I'm always hungry, even if just slightly.
For example - woke at 6:15, hungry at 6:45 till injection and coffee at 7:30, hungry again at 7:55. Not starving hunger though.
I would just like to get to a point where I am not counting down the minutes till I can eat again, where I can put it out of my mind for awhile.

I have a question. I am doing the Hcg Rx drops and am on day 30 of round 1. I have lost 21 lb so far. (yea) I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) so I don't know how that affects the diet or if it will be a problem when I come off the diet and try to stabilize. I have always had trouble keeping my weight down. Do you know of anything I need to be aware of concerning the PCOS and any adjustments I might need to make regarding the diet.
Also, I am noticing that my hair is really oily on the crown of my head only at the roots. I assume this will subside after the diet is over but it is troublesome. I'm not really having any other issues with dryness which I expected to so I am puzzled as to why my hair would be so oily. I did not change from my regular Pantene shampoo. If you have any advice, I would appreciate it.

This is my second week on sublingual tablets. I lost six pounds the first week. This week I have not lost and actually gained .2 yesterday and today. I did eat one portion of extra fruit on Tuesday but that's about my only off protocol. I'll give up fruit completely today. Is there anything else I should do? I know stalls are normal but worried about these gains. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I'm back down to close to my LDW after my steak day yesterday. I saw my NAET practitioner last night and she tested my body and determined that it only wants 1300 calories to maintain my ideal body weight, she's aware of the hcg protocols but says it's not right for my body. Do you have any experience with this type of testing and how accurate it could be?

I am starting to have some issues with hunger (I think...unless my stomach is just being extra noisy and growly...) and I am towards the end of my round on homeopathic pellets. Is there a possibility of them losing potency? Should I up my dose or lower it? I try not to eat lunch earlier then noon but it is getting harder and harder to do all of a sudden! Although my hunger at night after dinner has been pretty good.

Veronica, you've actually lost over 5 pounds in 4 days. You count the load weight.
Pamela, skip your next injection and see how you feel by evening. If better, take the dose down a little.
dancingqueen, if you have PCOS, you need to be on progesterone and you likely have a thyroid problem as well. You need to find a doctor who does bioidentical hormones and get that fixed.
Sem, stalls are normal but fruit is the very worst thing you can cheat with so that will cause a gain.
bunny, that testing is only as good as the practitioner and I'd say she's full of bunk. I'd quit going to her. I believe in NAET. It saved my life about 15 years ago but there are a lot of practitioners out there who aren't very good and you can get the exact same results by lasering food yourself. Just check out my lasering thread.
Nicole, try skipping your doses for a day and see how you feel. Sometimes you have to lower the dose in the middle of the round.

Thanks Colleen. I'll give that a try. I haven't skipped ever except for once when I forgot to take them! I think I'll just eat a little early today and skip my afternoon dose.

Grammy, I'm on R3, 40-day Rx round and have been skipping one inj per week. I was originally going to do 47 days, but recently decided against it.
Next week will be my LIW, but it is just 2 days after my scheduled skip day. I'm thinking I shouldn't skip my injection since I'll be going into the 72 hrs VLCD without hcg a few days later. What are your thoughts?
