    Grammy,

    I need your advice desperately. I am on p3d11 and I screwed up horribly on d7. The night of d4 i went munchy crazy and ate later than normal. I was also right at the beginning of TOM. The next morning I went to 2.2 above LDW on d5 and so I did a steak day with only a .4 loss (disappointing), which put me back within my 2 lb limit. I drank wine the next night and then had too much which took away all of my willpower and I lost control. Ate things I can't bring myself to type and woke up to a 7 lb gain!! Completely my fault, obviously. I did an egg day to correct this time because I don't think my body likes steak much and had a 3.2 loss. I followed this with a fff day (using full fat zoi) and lost another 1.8. Yesterday I ate high protein and lost .2. I also introduced exercise into my routine yesterday and plan to continue doing that 3 times a week at minimum. Today I ate high protein again, no fruit at all. Not sure what will happen in the morning, but I was planning another correction day in a couple days.

    I would love your advice on this crappy conundrum I've created for myself. Have I destroyed all my hard work and ruined my hypothalamus? I was keeping track of calories the last couple days, but I saw a post of yours tonight that said if we eat low calorie our bodies will reset to low calorie and it freaked me out. I was stabilizing the first 3 days fantastically and looking back I really believe TOM mixed with late night eating was the real villain for my initial 2.2 gain. I'm now 3.4 lbs away from LDW. Should I do another correction day or should I resume my p3 eating pre-disaster and hope I continue to lose until safety zone?

    I'm sorry for all this information, obviously I should have asked sooner. Pleas write me back. Thank you!

    I'm not sure you can get all the way back to your LIW. I think I would eat normal P3 for the next couple of days then try another correction day. If that doesn't get you back down, then just adjust your LIW up by a couple of pounds. Good luck!

    Thank you so much. Can you tell me though if I have ruined everything? Are my calories set too low because of the last couple days? Or will the hypothalamus reset be lost now?

    Hi Grammy,
    I'm so glad to have found this thread,it's a relief to know there is an experienced person offering advice.
    I'm really frustrated and baffled with my releasing. This is my first time on hcg,I'm taking homepathic drops and I know they're working 'cos I have very little appetite.
    My losses were quite good in the first week but during the second and third weeks it slowed right down.. I've had 4days with no loss and one day with a 0.5 gain,so in the last 6 days I've only lost a quarter of a pound ...
    And only 8 and a quarter in 19 days.
    I'll brake it down so it makes more sense.
    Pre load weight =158.5 Post load =161
    Goal for r1 =126
    Goal for r2 =115
    Week one- -Week2- - Week3-
    D1= 0.0 *-. -D8= 0.5 *-. -D15= 0.5
    D2= 2.5 *-. -D9= 1.0 *-. -D16= 0.0
    D3= 2.0 *-. -D10= 0.5 *-. -D17= 0.25
    D4= 0.5 *-. -D11= 0.5 *-. -D18= .. +0.5
    D5= 0.5 *-. -D12= 0.75 *-. -D19= 0.0
    D6= 1.0 *-. -D13= 0.0-
    D7= 1.0 *-. -D14= 0.0-
    I lost a total of 13.25 inches the first week and only 4.75 in the second week,I measured again today (my usual measure day is Sunday) and haven't changed so it seems to have slowed/ on all fronts. I thought that would start happening towards the end of my round or as I was nearing my goal but not this early.
    I've gone over everything I've been eating/doing/using and I'm just about going crazy with tiny details. I've been using 'Olay regenerist rehydrating lotion' - I stopped using it for 3 days and it made no difference and that's the only product I've used on my skin,My shampoo contains no oils other than essential oils and no sls and I'm very careful to rinse thoroughly and quickly so it doesn't linger on my skin...eeesh! do you see what I mean about details?.
    I drink at least 3ltrs of water and another litre of herbal tea a day.Yesterday I drank the equivalent of 4.5 litres so I'm guessing it's not that.
    The other thing I thought of is that I wasn't getting the full 500cals everyday,- although it says in ''pounds and inches'' that if you feel you can't eat that much you can eliminate anything off the list,so the past 2 days I made the effort to eat the full 500cals but that made no difference either. I'm vegequarian so my protein consists of white fish,prawns and fresh,white crab meat.Rarely I have the egg alternative or pure pea protein(if I have this I omit breadsticks for the day as it has 3 carbs per serving).I have always lost the next day after having either of those.
    The day before the gain I made Tom Yum soup with prawns and spinach and i wondered if it was all the fresh ginger/lemongrass/chilli/spring onions in the broth.Is that classed as mixing vege? I looked at the gourmet cook book on this site and there are lots of recipes with different fresh ingredients in them so that really confuses me.Apart from the soup I follow Dr Simeons protocol rigidly and I use gloves when preparing food for my son.
    I loaded as much as I could and thought I'd done a pretty good job but I'd been ill during the preceding two weeks so I ate high fat/protein/carb but didn't stuff as well as I would have if I'd been given such an awesome opportunity any other time!! oink! However I did gain 2.5lbs which came off by day 2.
    I was very,VERY hungry/moody/weak/ during the first week.I upped the dose on D4 and started to feel better by D6. Now I'm in my stride but wondering if it would be better to cut my losses and end this round after 21 days and start again after p3 for bigger losses.
    I'd be really grateful for some advice or a maybe shove in the right direction because I'm at the end of my rope trying to figure it out.
    Thanks Grammy for reading this,sorry it's so long winded I just wanted to make sure I'd given as much info as possible.

    I have a friend that is taking RX and is very discouraged. She has had no loss in the last week and a half. She is on P2R1 and has 2.5 weeks left....here is her message...does anyone have suggestions??

    *****I weighed today and I’ve lost nothing…………… Other than the pickle I have not cheated. I am flabbergasted and don’t know what to do. This is what always happens to me. I start something loose 15 to 20 lbs and then stall. Get discouraged and quit. The only thing I know to do is cut back on the veggies.

    question about dosage -
    Last night I forgot my drops at work so was not able to domy 8pm dose. I was a little hungry after dinner (5:30pm), not sure if true hunger or just use to having cocoa crack as dessert. Hunger was gone by 10pm. Could it have been that my dose was too high and since i did not take my pm dose hunger gone? I am taking 0.5ml which is 166iu. I was a little hungry when I woke up this morning at 6am. Took my 0.5ml dose at 8am. By 9am I was looking at the clock and wondering if it was too early to have lunch. I held off til 11am. Just finished lunch and I feel satisfied. Does it sound like dose is too high or low? If yes on either, what should I change my dose to?
    TIA
    Oh one more question. I am doing Hucog and mixed to be done sublingual. Do u think I would maximize my results if I switch to SQ? Would u recommend it? If yes, I would want to wait til my current bottle runs out which is about 9 days. How would I make the switch?
    Taking it one day at a time

    HHCG Round 1 LDW = 123
    HCG rx Round 2 started 2/25/12
    LIW 3/29/12 = 113.2

    Hi Grammy,

    I am on my 2nd round and I started with .6 (8 ml of Bact, Water, 2000 hcg) just like on the first round but I am so hungry. I forgot to skip a day, instead I dropped it to .5 and I was hungry the whole day. I forgot I need to skip again, I just finished giving myself another .5. My tummy is grawling but I do not have the desire to eat. Should I still skip a day or continue with .5.

    Grammy,

    I'm on P3/R2 and have a question. I have had a hard time stabilizing on this round, seems I am more sensitive which I was not last round. How much of a gain constitutes a sensitivity to a food? Your insight is appreciated.

    Starting Round 4 9-29-12
    Pre-Load Weight 203.0
    Ended Round 4 10-27-12 -10lbs

    Move into R4/P3 10-28-12

    Kelle, it's not too late. A couple of days isn't going to destroy everything.

    astrid, I would cut out the breadsticks all the time. They are likely affecting you. It's usual to have a slowdown but your losses are on the low side so I'd guess it's the melba. You can also try cutting one fruit and replacing it with 100 calories of allowed protein. That will often fix slow losses.

    mlynn, it's normal to have stalls like that. I have 10 day stalls in every round. Her stall is due to break. How are her losses in general for the round. Average is .5-.75.

    vikkita, sounds like your dose is about right actually. If you skipped a dose and then had a little more hunger, it would make sense that it is actually fine at 166 iu.

    trying, it should be better tomorrow but you could try skipping a day to see if that gets you to a happy place sooner.

    molly, you can gain a sensitivity any time. I had tons about 15 years ago. What happens is that you eat a specific food over and over again and your body just gets to reacting to it.

    thank you so much, your opinion is so helpful! I woke up to a 1.4 loss from my second high protein day so I'm exactly 2 lbs over LDW. I'm going to eat normal p3 like you recommended for a few days and hopefully I won't need to raise my LDW at this point. I may try one correction day this weekend to get back into the 2 lb zone. At least the damage done from my horrific cheat is mostly undone!

    K, so I'm kinda freaking out! I just ordered some pellets from frequency apps (anyone else used thier products)? And I'm worried be ause I had them shipped to canada. I emailed them first And they said they have never had a problem with customs before, but I'm concerned about all this FDA stuff that I'm now going to get charged!!! Has anyone in Canada had problems recently?
