    |Update for Grammy: OMG FINALLY!!!!

    Grammy:
    Tody is FIRST day where I looked at the clock and realized I haven't eaten in a while. Yes, I feel almost no hunger (tiny bit, but NOTHING like before). I did feel hungry this morning after my injection of 125UI, but it was less intense then previous days. I feel more energy as well. I wonder if the extra protein, no apple in the morning, the lower dose and greens is doing the trick. Are you saying that I should feel NO hunger at all when everything is working properly?

    That's great news Angel!! I think Grammy will agree, you should feel hungry when it's *time* to eat but, you shouldn't feel like you are going to knaw-your-arm-off in between meals - that is the sign that something is not right, usually with dosage.

    I'm sooo confused. All the other information on mixing 5000 Hcg says to dilute it with 10cc of bac water. Looking at Grammy's page, it says 20cc. Can anyone please clarify this?

    I mixed mine with 10cc of bac water, I don't think it makes any difference other then how much liquied you are injecting

    Hi Grammy,
    Today is my first of the last three days with no injection..I am actually pretty hungry today, I should say this evening. So far today I had tomatoes,tilapia,cabbage, and shrimp. I still feel like I need to eat another protein. Would That be bad? I'm pretty close to 500 calories I upped my shrimp and tilapia about 4-4.5 oz rather than 3.5. I don't eat fruit or Melba. What do you think I should do at this point? I'm afraid I'm going to feel the same way tommorow. Any suggestions are welcomed thank you for all your help!!!

    Good morning...I did HHCG from http://www.healthyourselfalive.com/ 12/30/60 You helped my with my dosage. Thank you . I'd had some hunger issues. I'm thinking for round two of trying hcg-drops.net. A little more expensive but from what I've read here, they may be better.

    Do you think I should switch drops for 2nd round.

    I lost 25 on 1st round with a few cheats. Some wine, some eggs, not often but stalled a day or two.

    Last drops taken last Sunday evening and weight next morning was 199.6..Went as high as 201.0 but am down to 199.2 as of this morning (Saturday), so I think I'm stabilizing okay. I didn't take the advice of many here of introducing foods one at a time. I could not resist all the options avail in P3.

    I found some great recipes with no sugar. Chili sauce made with 96% lean ground beef to go with the Boar's Head hot dogs I bought and a BBQ sauce that is amazing. Loving p3 so far. Eating mostly Fish, Chicken, Buffalo meat and ham so far for proteins.
    Have had cheese, peanut butter, and raw almonds. So far so good

    I'd like to loose another 20+ lbs and break into the 170s doing a round 2, so I'm wondering if switching drops as mentioned above is good idea or no.

    Hey Grammy, I know it probably goes without saying but I have a question for you. I asked you before about some problems I was having with stabilizing. During the first week I had several turn around shifts with work where I was getting less than 3 hours of sleep. These caused major gains for me each time and although I was going steak days and they seemed to help I think it was just all too much at one time. I ended up about 5lbs over my LIW and this last week I've done a lot of travelling and I can't seem to get back down. Yesterday morning I lost a bit and ended up at only 3.6lbs over LIW. I screwed up after that though and didn't have enough protein while having plenty of fat and... yeah too many carbs. I had about 15 jelly beans and couple reese's cups. That was the first time I've cheated at all on P3. I was up another 2.4lbs this morning putting me at +6LIW. I woke up feeling pretty icky and bloated in my face and stomach. Sooo... here are my couple of questions:

    1. Yesterday was my first time having a lot of carbs and I'm 18 days into P3. Is all of that gain from fat gain or is some water retention?

    2. Is there any chance of stabilizing at my LIW or is that unlikely since I've been over for so long?

    3. I'm doing another round. Should I just extend my P3 until I start the new round or is it important to do P4? Also, can I start integrating exercise in soon? I'd like to be able to work out a little during P2 this time around.

    HI Grammy. Thank you so much for giving of your time to help answer questions. It's really admirable and helpful!! Here;s what happened: I started load days with subq inj. at 182ius. I was feeling good but lost next to nothing the first day. I was concerned because I have done this before and usually lose around 4lbs the first day. I tend to be a fast loser . I am not any closer to goal than previously because I had some metabolic issues to deal with before returning. I was then told that mixing with old bac water that was opened last yr was a problem. So I remixed and for the past two days I have been doing IM inj at 125 with new bac water. Its hucog hcg. I am not really hungry. Neither is my mom but neither of us are losing well. My mom has lost .4 2 days in a row and its been her first few days. Wondering if you could help. I do use a lot of salt but my mom doesnt so I am wondering whats wrong. I dont want to miss something or somehow be slowing my progress. Thank you. I am 26 btw my mom is late 50's

    I'm on R2P2. 23 days in and it has been rough. I have 5 more pounds to lose and I just can't seem to get them off. I need to continue to the 30 days in order to stabilize, but I'm not sure if I will lose the last of it. I am a bit frustrated. I'm 5'9", currently at 155. I want to go down to 150. I am big boned, big hands and feet so 150 is great for me. It is the weight I was for many, many years before thyroid hell set in.

    Any suggestions? I eliminated the second fruit and added protein. I do not eat any of the breads. Anything else I can do?

    Not true, Claire. With the stool test, you don't have to start eating it again. I hadn't had it in several years when I had my stool test done.


    hope, your daughter's doctor is partially correct in that there are MANY fake drops out there now that don't even have homeopathic hcg in them. I don't really recommend drops at all because it is so hard to know. But many have done well with homeopathic drops. Look at your ingredient list and see if hcg is listed.

    gwyn, no coconut oil to ingest or on skin. Mint toothpaste is fine.

    Angel, you add any calories to your total. Doesn't matter what it is. Glad your hunger is finally better!

    cottonball, it's not the chicken. Stalls and slow losses are normal. You just finished a typical stall period and it would have broken without the fage. You could try cutting your fruit and eating 100 extra calories of protein per each fruit cut from your diet.

    laemgirl, it sounds like maybe your daughter has some insulin issues. I'd try cutting the fruit and adding 100 calories of extra protein for each skipped fruit.

    It's preference. They are both fine. I like to mix the way Dr. Simeon mixed his.
