    Grammy, I'm sure this has been asked a million times, but I can't find where. Is it that big a deal if I quit a 23 day round one day early, then to my 3 days off hcg? I would do a P3 kind of day on Saturday, then my first BAB on Sunday.

    Hi Grammy!

    So, I just re-read your terrific page on your website which is how I plan to do my program (thank you). I am pretty sure I will need a 2nd round and your sheet quotes Dr S as saying to wait 6 weeks before R2 and I think like you I am going to do Dr K for P3. So, did you do P3 for 6 weeks or P3 and then P4 for 3 weeks?

    Good afternoon, Colleen! I am R3 P3 Day 1 and lost 2.6 pounds during my 3 VLCD without Hcg! I was following protocol to a "T". Is is alright to lose that much since I wasn't trying? I ate my 2 100 gram protein portions, my vegetables and my two fruits as normal. I'm sure I will gain it back now that I am eatting but will I stabilize having lost more than 2 pounds in P3? I assume I don't change my LDW, correct? Thank you for your time. Lorie R3 P3 1

    ccmoo, I still wouldn't add cheese and eggs all the same day. When you're eating 500 calories only it can totally skew things. Otherwise it looks good as long as the bacon and sausage don't contain sugar. I wouldn't eat them out on your first day of P3 though. I'd read labels very carefully.

    rene, you can't have bread on P3! Yikes. And I would not add almonds along with eggs. You need to slow down, honey.

    joan, I would never end early if I could help it. In fact, I would go 30 days.

    Chris, I would do the entire 6 weeks between rounds on kruse's reset.

    lorie, that just gives you some extra wiggle room. Don't be too attached to it though because it usually doesn't stay.

    Hey! So I had chicken for lunch and it was 3.5 ounces but I only ate 3 quarters of it ( it was really dry I had cooked it to make the broth adn then was lazy and made the mistake of microwaving it ) So I was wondering if I could just eat a bit extra protein at dinner ?. ( i have a thin steak that i was going to cut into two servings )

    Follow on to my experience in the last week:

    On 5/5 I was -1.6
    5/6 I was +2.2
    5/7 I was -2.2
    5/8 I was +3.4
    5/9 I was -4.2
    5/10 I was -2.8

    I hurt my a back last week and had an MRI which showed the major 3.4 gain the following AM.


    Holy cow!! Now I have had 2 major releases, totaling 7 lbs in 2 days! Where were these releases from day 20-38???

    I know this is a water retention release and when I look at the last 2 weeks from days 25 (after TOM) to day 36 I hovered between 136 and 138. Now I am 130.6. So does this mean that this is all the water my body has been holding on to or will I see a gain? If I am reading my calendar right, PMS will hit as I am transferring to Ph 3.

    I have 4 days left before I complete my round.

    Not sure where I should post these questions but im going to post and hopefully get some suggestions. I posted that on my last day taking hcg , i was 125.4. so after the 3 days on lcd after the hcg is out of system , i was 122.7 i think,the morning that im supposed to start on p3 i weighed 125.4. i ended up starting p3 because i was under the impression i should go by the 125.7. i would like to know if i can still do a steak day if i gain again tomorrow. or is it going to be pointless? ih and my weight was 127 this morning. any ideas would be so helpful i tend to freak out with the gain of 5 pounds in two days. I dont want to give up because i have trying bery hard to get to my goal weight. im sure you know what im saying.

    Thank you Grammy! I think I'm going to cut the cheese and sausage, and just try the bacon and eggs in the AM (I've checked with the cafeteria, they let me look at the label, just bacon, no sugar!) and the salad for lunch. Hoping all goes well! Thank you for the advice!

    travelgirl, it's hard to tell. You'll just have to wait and see. there's no way of knowing.

    Your LIW is 125. 5, pbially. So you do a steak day when you are higher than 127.5.
