Jenby, what have you been eating? And is it close to TOM?

Lorie, you could only jump back in for 10 days. Not worth it. You'd be better off to wait the 3 weeks and then do longer if you need to. What have you been eating and I'll try to help you figure it out.

Hi Grammy - I just changed my initial post to you. The problem this morning was that my husband had been on the scale and didn't move the weight back properly (I have a doctor's scale). When I fixed it, I saw that I actually had lost 2 pounds. I'm assuming I should go back to business as usual today on the smaller dose that you had suggested. Sorry for the false alarm.

    Hi Grammy,

I'm definitely going to do the RX HCG for my next round and I'm working up the courage to do the shots I went on reliablerx and there are so many brands ? Should I get the 5000 or 2000 iu ? Also I've read about kits ? What do you suggest ? Also in your opinion what was the difference between the subx and the shots that you found ?

I started week 2 & just like you said the dramatic water weight loss is over. I lost .4 today but still it's a lower # so I am happy ! Also, what difference do you think I'll have between the hHCG and the RX ? Thanks again for all your advice Grammy !

Any of the brands are fine. The 2000 iu means it stays fresher since you remix every 10-12 days. It's less expensive if you put together your own kit. You can get everything you need except the bacteriostatic water at www.gpzservices.com. Also if you get the 2000 iu vials, you can mix right in the hcg vial and don't have to purchase sterile vials. 4 cc just fits in the hucog vial and the Corion vial is slightly larger. I got better reshaping with the shots compared to the sublingual. I don't know about the difference between RX and hhcg since I've never done hhcg. Good luck!

Lol! True, I just would like to actually be able to look at my figure and be somewhat happy and confident in it and despite being smaller and slightly different shaped to any other diet/ exercise routine I've done (yo-yo dieter here) I'm still not, so fingers crossed for some reshaping/ firming in P3, thanks Grammy!

No. It's not on the protocol. Read Pounds and Inches.

Aw, jeepers. Today I downed my injection dose to 125 iu and was not hungry until after I ate lunch. Then I started in with hunger again. Do I decrease some more? down to 100 iu? I am using HuCoG 2000 iu diluted with a total of 8cc bact water as mentioned in "your bible" and only took .5 cc this morning. Am I doing something wrong that I don't know about? Am drinking water like there won't be any more tomorrow in an attempt to stave off that niggling hunger. Not working.

Happy Memorial Day, by the way!

It sounds like it's still a bit high. I wouldn't go all the way down to 100 iu though. Just do one line off from .5. You're not doing anything wrong. We just have to find the right dose!

Lorie, first off, did you have hunger in your round? What method of hcg did you use? Are you still eating coconut oil? I've been seeing reports of people gaining on it for some reason. Not sure why. I have no trouble with it but it's possible to have trouble with anything. also make sure you get mayo that doesn't have soybean oil in it. Helmann's has a canola oil one. Are you still eating eggs? And how tall are you?
