    taking your advice

    Grammy, since I took my new HCG batch yesterday, I woke up to a 2lb loss, looks like I'll be able to reach my goal with 3.6lbs to go, I am going to go into P3 shortly without any 'planned interruptions'. Thank you for your advice. I now think that part of my problem may have been old HCG mixture, I should have mixed fresh batch 2 weeks ago.

    ruher, eggs are only allowed ON OCCASION. I personally wouldn't do it every day because you're not getting as much protein as meat has. And since you're doing so well, I'd hate to see you get derailed.

    nek, you NEED to stop! 34 pounds is the most you should lose on a round. Wow, you've done great!

    twood, look at your drops. Do they list hcg similar to this: hcg 3x, 6x, 12x? If not your drops are fake and you need to stop at once. If they do contain hcg, then your dose is off.

    Grammy:

    Yesterday, I left my injectable HCG out, in a box where I keep syringes, and forgot to put it back in the fridge. Do you think 24 hours in a room steady at 75 degrees caused it to go bad?

    I know it's supposed to be kept refrigerated so I wanted your opinion.

    I did my correction day Wed, and woke up yesterday with a 2.8lbs loss, bringing me back to my (adjusted) LDW of 139.6.

    But, this morning I woke up to a huge gain, to 142. I know you said only do correction days every 4 days, so I know that is not an option for a few days, to get back down.

    My question is, with the issue of me being on the fake drops for part of the time, and losing essential fat... do I let my body gain a few more (I know you said only adjust +2lbs), but, it is obviously not staying down even when eating super clean. So, now I am confused on what to do. I'm scared to go 3 more days without a CD and gain so much, that I won't be able to get it back down. Also, I am scared that my body is trying to regain the essential fat I lost... and no matter how many CD's I do, it's going to keep coming back. I wish I could figure out a way to know for sure what's going on, but I know that's impossible.

    So... do I keep doing CD's even though I keep jumping up? Or, do I let a few more come back, because it is essential fat I lost? I am for sure going back on the drops in 3 weeks, hoping that doing another round correctly with REAL drops will lead me into Phase 3 and stabilize correctly.

    Also, I was thinking (or should I say trying to talk myself into/to feel better) that even if I gain a few more, that I am going to lose it very quickly once on the drops again. I, for some reason, lost 2lbs everyday. I read on here that is not normal for women, that normally women only lose .5-.8 a day. But, I lost 2 everyday... so I know I can get any weight I do gain right back off! So, it's just stabilizing that is the issue. Do you think by doing another round, that when I enter P3 again, I will stabilize correctly?

    Charles, it's PROBABLY all right but keep an eye on your hunger starting in about 4 days.

    I was perfect on protocol yesterday, with the exception of the extra protein I took in for my workouts. However, yesterday I switched from 4 egg whites (100 calories/20g protein) to 6oz of albacore tuna (165 calories / 40g protein).

    The day before that, I cheated with 2 extra fruits. Hence, probably part of my stall you notice in my signature.

    Because I workout "vigorously" almost ever day, I have supplemented a protein ever day, even if I didn't work out. Up until yesterday it was egg whites.

    They have not affected my losses, or so it seems.

    By the way, yesterday, I asked your advice on hunger, and I intend to use your answer starting Sunday if I don't see a change today or tomorrow. My hunger is not dramatic, but annoying. I did what the manufacturer advised me to do first, and will give it two days to work. Then I'll do what you said. I know that was probably a mistake to do what they said, instead of you. I've read your thread and realize you have an excellent track record of helping people.

    If they told you to raise your dose, that was likely the wrong advice. LOL Drives me crazy how so many companies and doctors don't understand the dosing of hcg. Less is more in most cases. Do you realize tuna is not on protocol? Just checking. It's specifically mentioned as NOT being acceptable and it's not because it was packed in oil back then because he's talking about FRESH fish in the protocol not canned.

    Good morning! Well, VLCD1 over and I lost 3 of my 4 load lbs! So, if I count a tomato as my 2nd fruit can I mix it with say sauteed (no oil) spinach? And is it ok to use frozen spinach and if so how much or do I just use to make my 500 calories? I stuck to plan yesterday and still had 32 calories left over, is that ok? Had 2 fruits, 2 x chicken, 1 toast, cucumbers and lots of lettuce. Felt a bit hungry around the 2pm mark but noticed that when I got up in night to pee I was not hungry at all, so I guess that is good? Thanks as always!

    I totally understand. In the end I know I am going to do what you said.

    I even told her I was surprised at her answer of going from 17 to 20. I told her everything I read said just the opposite (that was even before I wrote to you).

    But, I hope you can understand, if this were to ever come up in a medical situation or a medical liability case I would be at a loss for not following manufacturer advice. It's my paranoid nature, in case I were to have a medical emergency reaction from their product.

    Of course now, they know yesterday I left it out for a day. However they wrote back: "It should be just fine. If it was just one day and away from heat."

    As for the tuna, I understand. I'm going to buy Ketosis strips today and start checking if these protein mods are messing up with my fat burning.

    I'm very close to goal (5-6#s), so I may have to make adjustments to keep my pace slower. I want to keep the HCG in my system for 21 days, and if I reach goal with 10 days to go I'm going to need a plan.

    Perfect! Thanks Grammy......have my granddaughter's ice cream social to attend on Sunday which will only be VLCD4 so need to stay strong!
