    Hi Grammy!

    I feel like my dose is right at 120 but I have this bad feeling that I'm in starvation mode. I have been feeling so weak for about 9 days and I am having difficulty thinking when I am doing something physical. We have been moving and my brain just can't process when I do even 10 minutes of work. I also feel easily winded. How do I know if something is wrong? I have been following the protocol exactly and drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily.

    Grammy -- I have a question about the maximum weight loss during a round and transitioning into P3. I began my current round at 219.6. I gained 4 pounds during my loading days to 223.6. I am on VLCD 30 and weigh 191.2. I have lost 28.4 pounds (219.6 - 191.2) OR if you include my loading gains 32.4 (223.6 - 191.2). So, I know I should transition into P3 when I reach 34 pounds loss.

    Should I use my weight on the date of my first shot (219.6) when calculating this or include my loading gains? I guess this is a silly question, but I really want my skin to catch up tighten up.

    Hi Grammy!

    I have been reading your posts and your blog - you are wonderful, wise and patient!!

    My problem is I'm fairly hungry throughout the day, but more at night. I read on your blog that hunger during the day means too much hcg and at night means too little. I can't seem to quell the hunger at night, eating more than I should before bed. I stay between 500-550 calories only on protocol foods, although I do add a little coconut oil to my melba in hopes it will fill me up. Hasn't worked too well.

    I gained 1# 3 days ago, and haven't moved since.....

    I'm taking 150 units of injections. Should I skip or add?

    Steak Day... is it only steak and an apple or can I have a side of broccoli with my steak(for example)?

    Also, I'm 275lbs and drinking 150 oz of water everyday. Am I drinking too much?

    17 Day Stall ??? GRAMMY What is going on ?

    Ok, it's me your problem child. I have come to you many times, you always have great wisdom.

    I have been on hHcg for 37 days this round (R2P2D37) I experienced a 17 day TOM starting on day 9 and then it finally ended day 27! Then I have woke up to the same weight for the past 17 days !!

    I am in the 37th day and I'm really wondering if this is all I'm going to do this time? I am at my old LDW this is where my stall has happened and I'm not budging from this point. What are your thoughts?
    Should I just call it a round and go to P3? Should I consider this the lowest weight my body will let me go?

    I had wanted to get down 8 more pounds to be at a better set point so if I had any gain adjustments during P3 I would be just where I want to be a not be sweating a pound or two higher stabilization weight.

    Thank you for your welcomed advice.

    Grammy - I will having my last injection day tomorrow and beginning P3 on Friday. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. All in all this has been a great experience. I reached a 30 lb loss yesterday which exceeded my expectations, but I've been super strict and on protocol. Now, because I'm such a freak, I've been reading up on P3. I don't plan to do LR, paleo or primal although I know they are the most popular out there. My plan is to adjust back into a balanced lifestyle during P4. That being said, can you offer me any advice or do's or don'ts as I will not be following LR, paleo or primal? Of course there will be no starches and no sugars in P3! LOL!

    HELP! Being new I don't know what all to expect. I am on R1P2D15 and I seem to have hit a bit of a wall the last couple days with only loosing 2-8 ounces at a time. The first week I did excellent however this last week I was lucky to loose 4-5 pounds. Is that normal? 15 days and I am down a total of 12.6 pounds (plus the additional 2 I gained during loading days). Now my TOM is approaching so I am assuming from everything I've read that I shouldn't expect much during this time in terms of loss so I am feeling a bit defeated. I read about everyone having these great stories of loss and then I look at myself and wonder; why not me? I take the drops (5 drops/4x's a day) and drink all of my water and then some however I am still hungry and I am still craving all of the things I can't have. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

    I'm not grammy, but wanted to say - you are still losing, so technically it is not a stall. Women, on average lose less than a pound a day so 12.6 pounds in 15 days is normal. Have you read Pounds and Inches? It describes why stalls happen.

    Thank you for the reply. I haven't actually read the book. When I bought my drops at one of our local natural food stores they mentioned it but didn't provide it with everything else. Guessing it would now be an excellent time to take a look at it.

    Hi Grammy. Is it common to have blurred vision while on HCG? It only started a few days after beginning the round and I still have it. Thanks for your help!

    BTW, my blood pressure is fins as is my blood sugar level.
