I ordered from Escrow: okay I got an email on June 26th, saying my shipped on 6/26 and was given a tracking number.... but when I enter the tracking number it says: Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. From what I am reading on here, people are getting other messages about their being in customs... does this mean mine is not even in customs yet???

    Does anyone know?

    Thanks!

I make cauliflower pizza and it is to die for! I'm not sure I've ever had eggplant. LOL

kkcp, it's not trackable for a few days. You can pretty much count on it taking 2 weeks to get here from the time you order it. So it should be showing up soon. you might email them.

Do! Eggplant is yummy - I love it best when it is grilled, like zucchini... with some olive oil, for example, either in a pan or grill. And easy to add loads of fat, since it behaves like a sponge...

I don't each much beef at all because it stalls me but if you have access to grass fed that's a different story. You'll lose better with no melba. And if you're hungry, your dose is off a bit. What are you taking? I've heard one or two others mention the bruising but that's not normal. I doubt eating more protein will help it.

Krista, make sure whatever you do that you avoid SOY. It whacks out your protein and is terrible for you. And if you're vegan when the protocol is over, you'll need to find better sources of protein than soy burgers and things like that. Vegetarians usually really struggle to maintain their weight, I'm sorry to say.

Grammy it was the above - not a question from me, but a point from you for me to remember. Can I ask what you mean by soy knocking the protein out of you? I know soy is controversial, although tempeh is meant to be better cos of the way it is made. Or do I need to stay away from tempeh too? Im currently looking into rice/pea protein powders. Dr S says 200g of protein a day so I am working out how to get the right amount of protein with as few carbs and fat as possible. Quinoa etc isn't an option for me as too many carbs in them. So looks like I might have to stick to protein powders on phase 2. THey are around 85% protein - 100grams of protein powder = 90.0 of protein with 3g of carbs and 0.5 g of fat. Like I say, am working it out for when my rx HCG arrives so will be interesting to see if I can do it.

mexican food has been my downfall! =D LOVE it, been collecting some ideas to try for p3/p4. if you have any mexican food low carb recipes, please share! i like eggplant so seems like you can sub eggplant or cauliflower for stuff too! i made some 'cabbage noodles' to eat with chicken, just blanched them a tad, they were kinda good actually and didn't have much of a flavor, so reminded me of pasta (i'm not a big pasta eater, so havn't missed those, just wanted something different one day).

Grammy---so, no hunger yesterday! I ate 3.5 ounces of chicken grilled with a huge plain lettuce salad.....i *figured* i'd want to snack so brought my apple w/me. Skipped both melbas yesterday.........Here is what happened---and i have read about this -----i never had my lunch fruit. I never had cravings...=D Dont get me wrong, after chasing a 4 and 6 yr old around at zoo, I was ready to sit down and eat din, but not hungry or no cravings at all! ate a tad more protien and another lettuce salad w/about a tablespoon of homemade salsa (onion, tom, cayenne pepper pureed really)........had 3 strawberries after din. had a bigger loss today (.8).....

has anyone eliminated fruits and reduced cravings? i really felt better yesterday doing this and maybe it was eating just a little more protein!
