Thread: Ask Grammy

So, should I get to p4 and then continue to lose or should I just go back to p2 and get to where I want to be and then go to p3? Thanks

How long was your P2? If you did a long round, I never recommend going back without the full 6 week break. If you did a short round and you've only been off 8 days you can treat it as an interruption and finish out a long round.

Grammy, I have a question about lasering. Where do you get the laser to do it or will any one do? Like is a pointer you would use in a presentation okay or is there a special kind? Second, does it work on things like gluten and dairy (casien, not lactose)? Thanks.

There is a thread all about layering. Any pointer laser will do. It won't work on gluten and casein if you lack the enzyme.

Grammy every single time I eat cheese I start feeling like I have the flu or something. I get achy in my head and neck even my throat. This does not happen with any other dairy. I eat sour cream, heavy cream, Fage and milk fine. It's just cheese and the smallest amount can set me off. What does this mean? It's very confusing!

wonder if it's the coloring in it? You might try white cheese and see how you feel.

Hi Colleen. I know that you are not a doctor but I have read hundreds of your posts to other people on the forum and have a dosing question. I have searched for a thread but can't seem to find one. I am using homeopathic Hcg drops, 10 drops, 3x day. I am in P2 day 12 and have lost 13 lbs but I was starving in the beginning so I dropped to 8 drops 3x a day. I wasn't hungry at all for 3 days and then the starving started again. I stayed on 8 drops until today for my 3rd dose. I only gave myself 6 drops. Can you please explain to me if I should be going higher or lower with the drops and your rationalization. I know it will be your opinion but I really had hoped to see more weight loss. I am only eating 10 oz of chicken, 2 tomatoes, 2 apples, and 4 cups of romaine lettuce per day. Nothing to eat before 11:30 am. I drink anywhere from 2 to 3 gallons of water a day and my stomach is always growling. I am also experiencing extreme dizziness when standing or bending. Any advice would be extremely helpful. Thank you in advance.

Yes I did overall, but I had a lot of long stalls in that short time, very frustrating, but now looking back it wasn't so bad with the results I got in the end. I am very happy with the way I am feeling. I have a foot surgery coming up in about 10 days and being back on phase 2 will probably be easier anyway since I won't be able to exercise for awhile. Can I just start back on the Hcg or do I need to do the "loading days"?

It's not 10 oz of chicken per day. It's 7. Protocol is 3.5 oz per meal. I'm not up on homeopathic. I don't even like it anymore. I see way more hunger with it nowadays and there are a ton of fake drops out there. You might ask on the homeopathic forum about your brand.
