    Hi ,

    One of my experienced hCG protocol friends (more than one round) just started P3 today and maybe there are certain variables that would allow this menu, but is it recommended I start out the first day of P3/Day One with this? I haven't been eating eggs at all in P2. This menu looks really good to me and would like to do something similar IF it's a good idea for a Round One person to do so....

    2 cups coffee with 3T heavy cream each: about 300 calories
    2 eggs scrambled in 1T butter: 240
    4 thick slices bacon (5.5 oz), cooked crispy: 260

    (Just reading these food items, again, makes me smile!)


    I start P3 on Sunday.
    Start 6/3/2011 @ 165.25'7'' - 49 yo
    R1=31.6# lost; .548#/day average loss, 7/28/2011 LIW=137.6
    R2=12.4# lost; .4133/day average loss; 11/16/2011 LIW=126

    Well, I feel much better! Very little hunger here or there, but they are more cravings than actual hunger...I have to remind myself it's time to eat. My stomach growls a lot but it doesn't affect my feeling like I need to eat. My only challenge is staying away from my son's dinner at night...I feel so snack-y then.

    I believe I would've given up a while back there without your guidance.

    R1P2 started 6-30-11 85 days long with a loss of 39.2 pounds. Yes, I had a couple of cheats but got back on the horse!
    R1P3 started 9-24-11 Maintained 5 pounds below LDW
    R2P2 started after the Holidays 2011, lost 15 pounds in 30 days. Maintained great!
    R3P2 started after Holidays 2012, drops didn't have HCG in them!
    This protocol has taught me a lot about myself!

    Shaky for 2 days

    Hi Grammy, R1P2 VLCD26 and I have been shaky for 2 days straight as if I haven't eaten anything, which I have. Taking 3 pellets, 3x a day. checked my blood sugar with a meter (I do not have diabetes, my mom's meter) and it was just fine. Drinking my liquids, following protocol religiously. Haven't changed any of my diet from the beginning of P2. Ate a small piece of candy hoping to cure the shakes, but didn't work. Should I try the tablespoon of sugar if it continues tomorrow? Thankful for any suggestions.

    wHAT HAVE I DONE? Please help!!!

    I went a full 3 weeks without any cheating. I was laid off from my job on Friday. Since then, I have eaten everything that is not nailed down! My original weight was 171.5. My lowest weight was 155. Im back to 158. I feel like such a failure! What do I do to get back on track? please...any advice would be appreciated.

    I ordered from yourhcgdiet.com. I am using hucog 2000iu. 200iu per injection.

    How much water are you drinking, Mary? You might be getting too much. Try taking some potassium. If this continues, switch to RX sublingual because the homeopathic isn't working for you.

    hcgshan, your dose is too high for one thing. Skip your dose today then take it down to 150. Just resolve to stick it out. Good luck!

    Grammy- thanks so much for the quick reply! I've already mixed/pre-filled 10 shots. How do I know how much to use to get 150? I mixed according to the instructions EXACTLY. 9 bac water with 2000iu of liquid hucog. I noticed others were much lower but?? Would that have anything to do with my breakthrough bleeding?

    It might but period issues are common on hcg. 150 iu would be 75 units on your syringe. So just squirt out the excess. Keep me posted!

    A few questions.....

    This is my first time on the diet. I am using the shots. Are there any specific products that i should be using for
    body lotion
    body wash
    face wash
    shampoo/conditioner?

    Any help would be awesome?
