Ok GRAMMY you will be pleased to know that I took my last injection today! I have lost 34 lbs exactly in 53 day so I technically only went over by 1 week rather than 2. My body started screaming at me to give it a rest so that is what I will do.

    Now a few questions

    1) The HCG I ordered, do I store the unopened powder in the freezer or at room temp?

    2) can I continue to get my weekly injections of my b vitamins throughout p3 with no problems (and yes I was slightly deficient at the start of HCG. Most recent blood work on thyroid and vitamin/mineral levels drawn today).

    3) what is the best way to start p3 as far as what to add. Can't afford to go organic at the moment. And looking at at least 2 weeks before I can go back to grocer. I have some food and bought some dairy last night. What are some minimal things that I need to get? I put insulted butter on the list for my coffee, I have some cocoa crack, salmon, tilapia chicken, shrimp, steak, pork chops, bacon, turkey sausage, turkey, hamburger, need to get some more broccoli and cauliflower flower. Bought egg plant and eggs cheese and creme cheese. Going to make an. Eggplant parmigiana San Italian bread crumbs and also plan to make the cream chees pancakes and cheese cake and a crust less quiche. I have almonds so I intend to use them to make my key lime cheese cake crust and I need to find z sweet somewhere. I just want to be prepared. I have about 76$ left to my name so that has to stretch two weeks...until my next paycheck.

Oh and can I add protein for the next two days? Sat & Sun. I'll be working with no HCG and I'm afraid I'll be starving and weak. I'm responsible for running two hospitals and have about 60 employees to oversee and check up on. I typically walk about 7-12 miles at work each weekend depending on how busy we are.

Going to raid my mothers deep freezer tomorrow as well (with her permission of course).

Up or down??? She chose doooowwwnnnn! Too late now...(from my all time favorite movie, Labyrinth.)

Thanks Grammy, no problems with almonds normally, but because I adore nuts, I won't be adding them anytime soon. I'm lactose intolerant, so almond milk is my only milk besides, the new half coconut / half almond. I'll wait till p4 to add that.

I was wondering if spinach chips are p2 friendly. If so can you tell me how to make them. I have tried them once before but is has been a while so I am unsure. Thanks in advance.

That's great, kitri! You store your unopened hcg in the fridge, not the freezer. You can continue your B12. If you're low, you likely will need that forever. You are well set up for P3 from the sound of things though I'd NOT eat the cream cheese. I see so many people gain on that. And I'd leave the sweet treats alone for a while too. You don't need them and you'll just be feeding the sugar crave monster. Eat cocoa crack if you just have to have something. It's beneficial with the coconut oil. No you can't add protein. You won't be starving and weak. If you have been fine on hcg, you'll be fine in these next days because you still have hcg in your system. If you add food, you will gain and not have your cushion for entering P3. It's almost impossible to reverse that kind of damage.

marla, I love coconut milk. Been eating it in my smoothies for breakfast.

Nurse, I have no idea how to make spinach chips. Spinach is fine for P2 though. I'm sure you can find recipes online. You can't use any oil on them though.

Grammy, I have a quick question again. I bought some almond butter and almond flower. If I start using it, should I introduce it as slowly as nuts? Does this menu for the first day of P3 sound good:
B - chicken sausages (no sugar added, checked label) with Pico salsa and cabbage and onion. Coffee with half and half.
L - chicken with salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pepper with olive oil)
D - beef burgers (no bun) with salad as well, or may be just veggies on top.

on day 2 I plan to introduce eather almond flower or cheese.

    Thank you

And one more question. When I look for auger - I look at ingridients, since some still have sugar on nutritional label due to natural sugar content. Is that correct.?
