    No meds. My blood pressure runs pretty low normally though. So maybe its just worse today.

    Try having some salt water. That will often help.

    Hi Grammy, I loaded for Round 3 the 30 and 31, I don't know if you remember or not but last round when I loaded I became extrememly ill ( neausea and vomiting) when I ate anything w/grains i.e. breads or refined sugar, since starting this diet I have not had any breads except w/almond or coconut flour or any refined sugar, even between rounds, just have not wanted them. I'm wondering if I might be a little gluten intolerant. Today I was venturing to different forums on here and went to the "Rogue" forum, read a few pages and got totally scared to death to try anything except protocol. Got me to thinking though about some things I do and weather or not I'm off Protocol. Is Hot Sauce (Tabasco OK) I used it last round, I read the ingredients no sugar just vinegar, salt and hot peppers, also I ordered some salad dressings from the HCG diet store website that are supposed to be P2 friendly. ARE THEY? Haven't used them yet and didn't use them last time, just wondering.

    Hi Grammy,
    I'm about 4 days away from ending p3.. My LIW was 126 and I was stabilizing ok at 127 until recently. I've been going up in weight. Right now I am eating about 1600 calories, I've tried to increase over the past few days to at least 18. I think that's where the weight gain is coming from. I do not want to lock in at 1600. I feel that is too low is there anything I can or should be doing to increase my calories and not gain? FYI, I've barely added in any new foods. When my weight started acting up, I cut everything out to try n see what's causing the gain. Please help. I don't want to lock in at such a low calorie count

    May I add that I also wake up hungry the next day after only eating 1600 calories the day before....

    Should i adjust or stay today?

    Today is day 6 of vlc, felt hungry (not out of control, just pretty hungry), skipped yesterday paid close attention, but as far as i could tell, felt the same. I was on 150 hucog mixed from powder with 10 mils bac water, doing to the .3. I don't know if i should stay the same, or adjust? I havent taken my dose yet today.

    I am in need of dosing advice. I'm on P2VLCD18. I was on 3 on the syringe RX SQ. I had cravings and you suggested to stop a day. I did that and the day went well no cravings or hunger, just the feeling of stomach emptiness that I now know is good. The day after I dosed to the line under the 3. I wasn't hungry but found myself thinking about food and once I ate, I wasn't satiated. I normally am. Should I go down to the 2nd line from the 3 on my next dose?

    I'm feeling shaky, weak and when I stand up I feel like a might pass out. This started last night. Things start to go a little dark and I have to stand still for a moment and just breath! I'm on injections mixed with B12 and today is the start of VLCD 10 for me. I started out at 30 units on an insulin syringe but was experiencing hunger and did a skip day Thursday then lowered my dose to 25 for Friday and Saturday. I was hungry and weak last night so I lowered my dose again when I got up this evening to 20. I work nights so I haven't been up to long. I ate my apple and still feel faint when I stand up. I added some extra melba last night hoping it would help but I don't think it did. Could this be a dosage issue or just blood sugar or a combo of both? Could I need more hcg? I'm really worried and really don't like feeling this way. Thanks for any advise you can give!!!!

    HI Grammy,

    I wanted to see if there is anything I can do to tweak my P2 drops/food and get out of this 8 day stall and get things moving again. Here are the details:

    ~~I'm on hhcg (buckeye, with HCG listed at 10x,30x,LM1) -- taking 12 drops AM / midday / PM
    ~~R2 P2 Day 26 VLCD
    ~~First round lost 24# (2 months P3/4 then started again) 187--> 163
    ~~Second round so far lost 12 # in 26 days. 169 --> 157
    ~~Eating: coffee/stevia for breakfast; lunches always salad greens, 3.5ou Chicken diced, sm apple diced --with p2 style "dressing" of ACV+water+herbs; dinner--typically asparagus+3.5 ou fish+herbs and Braggs)
    ~~Drinking -- 80 +/- ounces of water and/or sparkling water

    I've stalled out now for 8 days straight. I've only 15 days left on P2...and 12 # to reach my ideal weight (and 7# to reach what I'd be content with...)
    My weight has not moved a bit. I am not attempting apple days or correction days and read about stalls -- and just riding them out. But i think 8 days is getting to me to be honest. I feel really stuck...and starting to believe this that I'll end at 157--which is too close to 160 for my comfort.

    My TOM has already come/gone.
    Is this LONG of a stall typical? Is there ANYTHING I can do besides cringing every morning and getting on the scale?
    I realize this is a long shot, but wanted to ask for a 2nd opinion.

    PS forgot to add (b/c I realize it makes a difference)
    I'm 5'6" -- and all things say my ideal should be 145# which I agree with...remembering oh so long ago being 145 too.
