it's typical for there to be a slowdown. She's losing well but not better than others on the real protocol.

Thank you for your reply grammy

I'm actually only subbing one because I feel 2 fruits is a bit much for me, I'm insulin resistant. Last round I had lot of troubles with the fruit and I see myself struggling now, and the evening fruit always causes more hunger and or cravings for more fruit.

So what I'm doing is replacing one of my fruit servings with extra protein. My question was, do I split that extra serving of protein in two or can I just have that extra portion for my second meal along with my regular portion. I'm still having my fruit in the afternoon with my meal.

    Thank you for your time

I answered that question about the protein in the earlier post. No, I wouldn't do that.

Okay, so if I take one of my fruits out, do I not have to replace calories? If so, how? I've read several threads and the general recommendation is to eat more protein (by you also on some of the replies I've read).

So If I'm eating more protein, when do I eat the extra portion? Am I to split it with each meal or eat it at a completely different time? I'm sorry I should have just asked it this way to begin with, I tend to not be able to explain myself clearly. Gha!

Oh yes you should be replacing the calories. But eating it for breakfast would be a better option.

I posted this on another thread, but it did not get answered, so I'm hoping you can clarify:
I am doing hhcg, and the last day of my drops is the evening of the 28th. Because I'm doing the drops, I then go for 2days with no drops (29th and 30th)? And begin P3 morning of the 31st? Is that right?

Lola I just caught it over there. somehow missed it when I posted.

"I would suggest taking your last dose either the morning of the 28th or the morning of the 29th then starting P3 the morning of the 30th (if you end on the 28th) or the 31st (if you end on the 29th). That way if you have any breakthrough hunger at the end of the the 48 hours it would be at night and you'd likely be asleep."

    Hi ya'll.. sorry to interject.

Hello, just chiming in. People who cut a fruit and make up the calories with extra protein can have problems. Have you considered making up the fruit calories with more vegetables instead?

LIW is taken the day of your last dose. So if morning of 29th, then it is that morning's weight.

Today (Saturday) is my last injection, so it is LIW. P3 on Tuesday!
