    ok technical question. Yesterday morning was last dose of hhcg
    I had a 3 day stall then dropped .6 (usually its more after a stall) but I took it and took my last drops.
    Today I dropped .8
    Do I keep the LIW and have extra "padding" on P3 or do I readjust my LIW.
    I have one more day on VLCD so if that happens again, just need to know where I am at.
    I stopped 5 lbs short of my goal since I was out of drops and premeasured foods.

    You take your LIW of the last day you took hcg. Most do not keep what we lose in the additional days.

    Hi Grammy, Just wanted to give you an update... I have been on the Armour for just over a week and a half now and already noticing a huge increase in energy and overall disposition. I can't believe how fast it started to work. And I know it's "not just in my head". I really feel much, much better. They started me on testosterone and progesterone, too. How long do you think it will take before I start noticing a difference with those? Thanks for all the thyroid education you put on these boards. I am a believer

    crap. sorry, but that's how i feel right now. up 1.2 today so that puts me 2.2 over LDW. still no TOM(12 days late today), still no bm.
    i am getting frustrated. last few days have been difficult for me wanting to eat. i ate an extra salad last night around 8:15 with shredded iceberg, 4oz shredded chicken and 3oz grass fed beef. i put 2T of sour cream. that made my total of sour cream 6 T for the day with my 3 salads. I also had 2 servings of 2T of coconut butter total. i've had the cb from beginning.

    what do i do?? steak day, high protein day?

    Quick salt question.

    I put on 1.3 lbs overnight, but I made cauliflower fried rice for dinner last night that had lots of veggies, some reindeer sausage, eggs and TAMARI & BRAGGS AMINOS. Is it water retention from salt? I drank about 6 cups of water afterward.

    Could it be cauliflower or broccoli? Probably not, but it doesn't hurt to ask Should I skip breakfast and eat high protein today with some veggies or just wait it out.

    Doing steak day. Going to buy a rib eye without bone 12-16oz, right? I've never bought a rib eye. Do they come without a bone?
    I'll prepare it on stove. Do I do it in butter or oil or plain?

    FYI, I'm starving!

    Also, I soooo hope I haven't screwed this up!
    I don't do cream in my coffee, I'm the Starbucks sf mocha girl, so I've been putting 1T of the Hershey's unsweetened cocoa in my coffee with stevia. I had two mugs this morning so 2T of cocoa. Please tell me I'm ok?? I'm so hungry, and it's only 1pm. I would hate to go through this and screw it up for 20 calories!!

    How many days do you have to be stuck at a weight to consider it a stall? Would you recommend an apple day or will it all balance out eventually? The last 10 days my body seems to try and stick to a weight for a day or two and then I see a big loss, then it sticks to the new weight, then a big loss. Just wondering if this is normal and I should carry on business as usual, or if an apple day may be in order. Thanks for any insight you can provide!

    contrats!! YOU ARE PERFECTLY NORMAL. per p & i its 4 days before its a stall.
    my opinion: you cannot lose daily, you have to have body catch up, let it do its thing.
    No apple days, grams will say counterproductive make sure you are pop and drinking your water, breath relax and measure every 2 wks so if you are in a stall, sometimes youll register a measurement release.
    I'm looking at your stats and they are fabulous. !!
    If you lose average, not daily, avereage of .5 per day, you are golden if you are a woman, and you are more than that.
    Keep up good work and be pop, Im actually envious of your losses

    I believe it's the braggs amino. I gain about 2 lbs every time I use it and it takes several times to get off. It's not the veggies. I eat those veggies on p2 because my clinic allowed them. I would wait it out and stay away from the a minos and see what happens

    That is awesome, jcj. You're probably feeling better from a combo though. Progesterone especially works really fast!

    Sorry I just saw your post, gator. I've been on the road the last two days traveling back to Indiana from AZ. A stead day is always what is prescribed when you are more than 2 pounds over LIW. and cocoa is not allowed, sorry.

    Yella, it's probably the salt. I avoid soy like the plague too. It will make many of us gain. You might look for amino acids instead.

    jn, that's very normal. That's not a stall. A stall is 4 days or more at the same weight with NO loss. And even then I don't recommend apple days. They backfire for many.

    Extremely disappointing steak day. -.2. That's with 2 mugs of coffee ea. with a T of cocoa and stevia so 20 cals total. Freezing, starving, large apple and 16oz rib eye cooked in 1T of coconut oil. ((

    I am right at 2 lbs over, no bm-since last thurs. when I took magnesium citrate and had a result, but not a solid one if you know what I mean, no period-13 days late.

    I thought about doing ctd today, bc I cooked 9 thighs yesterday, but decided to go regular P3, whatever that is. I had my usual 2 eggs and 4sf bacon this am.
