    Good Wednesday afternoon all!!
Haven't had much to report on-----still plodding along here. On day 15 or so of P4 and doing ok. I have loved getting back to my regular workouts and feel much stronger. I am right at about 5.5 over my LIW, but clothes fit good and I probably just need to adjust it up. Still eating pretty much P3, with a few exceptions here and there. I just do really well with protein and veggies----don't miss bread or sugar. I have found some nice recipes for "sweets" on the www.comfybelly.com; my hubby likes a treat now and then and these are great using almond/coconut flour and I use xylitol in place of the honey, etc she uses. So, still alot of protein and no processed crap.

So glad to hear everyone is doing pretty well. I am just committed to really keeping the healthy eating going and the exercise----see what happens in next few months and how well I stabilize. But greatest part is....this is now a year from my first round-----and I am down ~25 lbs, and have not ever gained back what was lost in a round---but I am one that just lost slower and need to take the several rounds to chip away at it,,,,stabilize and chip some more. I think it worked fine---would love to have been one that dropped it all and stabilized in one round---but alas....isn't me.

So, don't give up if you are a slow loser---just take the time to learn that what your body likes and doesn't and correct if needed---this year went by fast!!! I could beat myself up...cause some of you amazing ladies have lost 100 in that same time!!! But each is different---wow,,,that took me awhile to learn!!!

    Have an awesome day all!!!!

Aw, I'm doing better. Down 4 in two days and 4 to go to LIW. 1 to where I was before I had that damn hot dog, lol. My 1 week Paleo challenge will likely last much longer as I'm feeling very awesome. No more cheating with dairy and sweeteners. It's all good!

merimatt I was following this thread called "hcg ruined my face and body" over in the Boxing Ring and the girls ultimate solution was to do an overload of what she couldn't eat over 10 days or so and it sorta reset her body's ability to handle such foods. She can now lose as much as 2 lbs a day if she tries and maintaining isn't an issue at all. You may want to go and read it I dunno. It seemed far fetched but worked for her. She did gain about 10 lbs in her gorge fest but lost it quickly.
I just feel so bad that you're diet is so restricted!

But I'm not really restricted. I'm not having any cravings except for meat and veggies right now. It's a nice combination for me right now. I feel like I'm eating for fuel not for cravings. This is a GREAT place to be. I can't stress enough how good I feel eating this way and the absolute lack of junk food craving. Very balanced. Hope that makes sense.

Meri, I hope I can get there some day. I think that is the key - to look at food as fule and to free of the cravings.

Molly why not start reading marksdailyapple.com now. Commit to it for one week and see. It feels less restrictive feeling after the rigor of P2. It might be a good way to phase into P3. Just a thought.

    Colleen, are you doing Paleo?

Hey does anyone know for sure whether we are to go with ounces or calories. For example, my drops say 3.5 ounces of vegetable and 3.5 ounces of meat, etc. But if you cannot get to 500 calories can you increase the oz to get there?

There is a pretty good print out at hcg1234 even though I used RX I printed out their charts and ignored the turkey- but is has ounces for fruits and meats based on calories and check off boxes on what you eat each day- it helped me as I needed a little more protein than 3.5 to get 500 calories and I did not eat the breads. http://www.hcg1234.com/instructions.php

Hey guys. Still moving towards my LIW, but not there yet. When I get there, I will be having my first P4 treat--a sweet potato. That's about all I'm looking to eat. My energy level is off the charts. Almost like I'm hyper and need to work it off!
