Words fail me...I just cry every time I think about the parents of those poor babies! 20 families ripped apart! for what??? Cuz some selfish kid couldn't just end his own life...he had to destroy theirs too! Praying for peace and comfort for all of them.

So very senseless. I have been crying on and off all day. I keep thinking that kindergarten is about finger painting, ABC's, Letter People, learning to count and write your name, making new friends. It is supposed to be a new adventure, and it is supposed to be safe. I am heartbroken for the families, but I am equally heartbroken for the First Responders. God Bless them, and allow them to heal from the tragedy they witnessed and then had to react to.

So true. I saw a policeman completely break down on tv today. I covered the Oklahoma City bombing trial as a reporter and many of the first responders were traumatized beyond words. They are often the forgotten victims in this. Love to you all. This year, more than ever, lets pray a little harder for Peace on Earth. Xx

Good morning, all. Just checking in to commiserate about the tragedy in CT. Unfathomable and unspeakable evil. Why anyone would want to hurt children is just beyond me. Reminds me of the OKC bombing, we just couldn't understand why he would target the area of the building that housed the day care. Praying for the souls of all the faithful departed, and the hearts and minds of all those affected. It's a national day of mourning.

I have to agree with you all what a horrid tragedy! All those poor little ones and their family's! I can't even begin to imagine what they all must be going through along with the first responders! It's just all so tragic! I never watch the news or much TV just for that reason it's always way too depressing and it gets my anxiety too out of control so I avoid it at all cost! But yesterday there was no way to avoid all that happend and I was never so grateful in my life to have my grand daughter here with me so I could just hold her and love on her even more!

Had a super nice drop today from BPIF yesterday and was super happy with that, down to 122.6 today. Made an amazing cake for my family xmas today and I have to share the link for it because everyone loved it and couldn't believe it had no flour of any kind of sugar in it, it was so rich and so nummy

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekends and hug yor babies a little tighter

Okay, that bpif stuff really works?Iv'e been studying the mechanics of it. I think it's the fasting and WHAT you don't eat that makes it work. Much like you all have been telling me, but I' m sloooooooooooooow. I also have to translate to vegan.
That is not only nice to hear but I am very glad for you, you feel the loss of those coouple of lbs dont you ? I do,
when I have tom and I' only 2 lbs over, Iswear, I feel huge and I know that I'm not. Not obsessive, just attentive.
    good for you
Doing the best that I can , from where I am. All is well

Kansas I'm not sure vegan IF would work the same way. None of the proponents of intermittent fasting would promote a vegan lifestyle...at least not from a paleo/primal perspective.

Good Morning Girls! Just a quick check in this morning, I am heading out to where my husband works and lives for their annual Christmas party. Its a 5 1/2 hr. drive on good roads but we got some snow last night so will be a bit longer today. Gone till Wed. Gonna do a IF day today as its easy for me to do on the road. Will check in with you all tomorrow. I am holding steady at 154 ish even made a GF pizza last night and I have to say it was incredible. Got the recipe from the king arthur site was a bit weird looking but it worked really well.
