    Grammy's Super Secret Goal Seekers

    I am starting to get the hang of this forum. I am on day 5 of phase 3 . Trying to eat 1500 calories a day but is hard after just doing 500. I feel stuffed. Trying to eat as much protein as possible any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Hey Marvless you look great. I'm at 142 and plan on another round to get to 130. When can I start after 3 wks of phase 3 then 3 weeks of phase 4?

    Experiment month 2: +2.2 - Inflammation two weeks, finally under control last 2
    Experiment month 3: Week 1, -1.8 (exercise program FMD P2 and P3 eating - skipping P1 because of gaining and not feeling great on it.)

    Ok Ladies, first, I need a big b!tch slap please! I had a few glasses of wine last night and did something I haven't done since I was prego 7yrs ago, ate almost a half bag of Doritos! OMG I am so angry with myself! Of course I am up today, and doing yet another steak day. Every 3 days I am doing one, and getting frustrated! Besides my planned cheat during my trip to Chicago, and now this stupidity, I am just not sure what to do about my stabilizing and wanted to see what you all thought!     D10-13 was on Travel to Chicago, knew I was tasting wedding cake and sampling wedding dinners. Highest peak was 146.4

    D16 143.4 (hamburger and P3 safe spaghetti sauce but still gained)
    D17 144.8 Steak Day
    D18 142.4 no steak day "void" today
    D19 142.4 (was thinking I am starting to stabilize)

    D21 143.6 unsuccessful steak day, do not think I ate enough steak
    D22 142 (OMG I binged in Doritos)

    Sorry for the long list, I am just at a loss, I was thinking 142 would be my stabilization weight, which is 1.8 above ldw...but when I look back at it, I have no idea! THOUGHTS?!

    From P&I: (so if this was round 1, yes, you would do three weeks of phase 3 and three weeks of phase 4 and you can transition into round 2)

    Further Courses
    Patients requiring the loss of more than 34 lbs. must have a second or even more courses. A second course can be started after an
    interval of not less than six weeks, though the pause can be more than six weeks. When a third, fourth or even fifth course is necessary, the interval between courses should be made progressively longer. Between a second and third course eight weeks should elapse, between a third and fourth course twelve weeks, between a fourth and fifth course twenty weeks and between a fifth and sixth course six months. In this way it is possible to bring about a weight reduction of 100 lbs. and more if required without the least hardship to the patient.


    R1: 307.2, LIW 270.8, released 36.4 pounds, gained 9.6 before round 2.
    R2: 283.8, LIW 251.6, released 32.2, gained 20.2 before round 3.
    R3: 273.8, LIW 241, released 32.8 pounds, gained 4 pounds loading for round 4.
    R4: 245, LIW 216.2, released 28.8 pounds, gained 11.8 pounds between and loading for 5.

    Goodmorning!! this is my week 9 in p3 I dont know if it is p3 or p4 because I think I dont stabilize yet. mY weight was almost stable for 7 weeks between 111 and 112.4. my last weight was 110.4. but since 2 weeks ago without making any changes at all in my food I started gaining weight. I had a big inflammation more than 1 week. now I dont think it is inflammation but not mater what I do I can not go back to my weight. my weith now is 116.2. I am frustrate because I did not add anything new. the only things was the MTC oil 2 weeks ago. and I did think that was cause me the inflammation.

    I realy dont want to go back to p2. but I want to lose this extra pounds I gained without any reason. I had being trying everything, eat clean. Bp coffee wich I think it cause me to gain and no lose any weight. so any suggestion? I want lose those extra 4 or 5 pounds what can I do?

    also the fact it has being 9 weeks since I stoped hcg. do you think can i go back to p2?

    I think your last few steak days have been too close together. Have you tried the bulletproof intermittent fasting? It's my go-to method for getting back down close to my LDW. Protocol says steak days but I have better results with bpif.

    DON'T GO BACK TO P2!!! If the only thing you've changed was the MTC oil and BP coffee, definitely stop it. If it's causing the inflammation and you stop it, I would think you would see a loss. It's possible you're sensitive to the oil or the butter or both. Do a web search for anti-inflammatory spices and then add those to your foods as you can. Walnuts and walnut oil are supposed to be anti-inflammatory as well but only if you're not sensitive to them. Pomegranate juice is anti-inflammatory. Maybe post every day everything you're eating and we can help figure out what's going on? Sorry you're having such trouble. But definitely, DON'T go back to P2! That won't help you, you'll just cycle again and be back where you started a few weeks ago.
