    Need Grannys Groupies Help

Posted this in general but I am adding some more questions now:

Background: I could not eat my entire lunch.
    1) Is it ok for me to just skip this and maybe eat later when I am hungry?
    2) Should I force feed myself the left?
    3) What happens if I dont hit the 500 cal a day?
I am afraid that if I do not eat it all I might get hungry later on.

Question 2: I take 10,050 of the HCG at 19 (dont know what the dose is called but I am using those insulin needles) along with B-12 (30 dose) in the morning. I read that the 10k HCG bottle doesnt last long. Should I be asking for a different type at the clinic?

Question 3: I am working out 10 minutes on my glider and 4 sets of 15 on the ab bench. I was doing this before the HCG diet so is it alright if I continue as long as I dont increase the time on the workouts? My glider tells me I am buring 250 calorties in ten minutes.

    Thank you all in advance.

You can split up your allowed food throughout the day, but can't carry over any to another day. It is important to eat all your protein for the day, the other things can be skipped if you want. By no means should you force feed yourself! We are trying to learn to eat when hungry, stop when not.

I'm confused as to your dosing, you are using insulin needles, but mixing 10,000 iu at a time??? That should last a long time, and some folks worry about it losing potency after two weeks. Grammy usually recommends using 2000 iu units, mixing more often so that you don't have to adjust for potency.

Dr. S. says that moderate exercise is fine, but strenuous exercise may make you retain water, hindering the weight loss. If you find you are getting tired with the exercise, you may want to cut back some. Otherwise, since you have been doing the same exercise all along, you should be fine.

My dose: well just looked at the bottle and it says 10,050 (not sure what that means) the clinic mixes it and I am using the 1/2 cc insulin needles. The clinic said to take 19 units of the HCG using this needle. So if the needle is 1/2 cc then 19 would be 8 cc? Am I off? hehe

Woke up today and lost another 2 pounds! About to head out to go do blood work.

you should ask them how many iu's you're taking. we can't tell anything about your dose because we don't know what concentration they mixed it at.

the exercise is fine. most people continue taking their hormones during P2.
