Exclamation Help! Out of drops...what to do??

So I didn't reach my goal weight - I am .4 away as of today. The problem is that I decided on a whim to order more drops on Wednesday night & extend my round to 40 days in hopes of getting maybe 2 pounds below my goal weight before I'm done. The drops are currently being shipped and I thought they'd arrive would just in time, if they showed up in my mailbox on Monday morning. I had counted out my drops and had enough to last me through Sunday night. BUT - somewhere I miscounted or I squeeze differently into a cup than I do when I'm putting them in my mouth. I just realized, I took my first dose today...I have enough to get me one more dose for today (Saturday) and then will not have a 3rd dose for tonight or any for tomorrow. So I'm looking at missing 4 doses in a row, possibly 7, if the drops are not here until Tuesday morning.

What do I do? Will it screw me up to miss that many doses in a row, or can I just pick back up with the drops as soon as they arrive? Should I also mention that these are homeopathic drops - if that makes any difference??

    4Emerads-

Hopefuly someone who really knows what they are talking about will answer you. I have had to borrow drops from friends before. Luckily I had frieneds on the diet close by.

So... I am thinking that you should back of the drops a bit. I don't know how many you are taking, but maybe takea few less drops each dose to make up more doses. It would be nice if you were able to have some in your system until you get your new ones.

Since you are so close you could just quit now, but I know that frustration of just wanting to drop a couple more lbs first. (I never made it- lingered w/in 2 lbs of my mini goal for a week and a half before gving up)

Another thought- not sure about this- I have a friend who had to go off drops for two days until she could afford to buy more. She just picked up where she left off. I do have to say that she is very rogue and doesn't seem to be loosing at a typical rate (but I haven't asked her stats)

you have to be off of them for 48 hrs before you can start P3, so treat this like an interruption. continue the diet, even without the drops. if you get to the 48 hr point and still don't have the new ones, then eat greater amounts of P2 foods until they come. then resume the drops and the vlcd.

if you skip them for 2 days and find you're hungry when you get the new ones, just eat a little extra protein for that day.

    Thanks for the input, girls!

In an effort to keep the HCG in my system, I will hold off on my last dose from this bottle until tomorrow afternoon. So 1 dose Saturday & 1 dose Sunday. Not great, I guess...but there is nothing else I can do about it right now. I don't know anyone else that is on this diet that I can borrow drops from, unfortunately. If the drops don't show up until Tuesday morning, I will not have had 48 full hours pass yet. Then I will resume as usual. Fingers crossed the drops make it all the way from Oregon (as of last night) to my mailbox in Western Kentucky by Monday!

    Thanks again for the help.

you could go to your local pharmacy and buy them. i got tired of waiting for mine to be shipped, so off to the pharmacy i went. good thing because it took almost another week for my ordered drops to get here.

Where do you live that you have been able to buy hcg in the pharmacy? You sure can't do that in the U.S.

I was wondering that, too, Grammy.

As a side note, my drops made it all the way from Oregon to my mailbox first this morning...fingers crossed I didn't mess up too much with the missed doses.

I've never seen even hhcg in a pharmacy. Nice pharmacy in your town!

We only have national ones around here like Walgreens and CVS. I didn't realize any pharmacies carried homeopathic hcg.

i didn't realize it either. i called my doctor to see if he'd write me a script for hcg, and he doesn't do that. the receptionist told me she's doing the hhcg and she got her from this pharmacy so that's how i found out that this pharmacy carried it. otherwise, i would have just waited for the ones i ordered off amazon.com . i am actually glad i went ahead and got these from the pharmacy, i'm now a week ahead of where i would have been. and a week closer to p3. lol
