Thread: Help with New Reliable Rx Hucog Order

Question Help with New Reliable Rx Hucog Order

    Hello forum,
I am a bit new to posting here so hope I am in the right place. This my second time around on HCG. My first time was in 2017 and I did a very long round and lost 40lbs (via Rejuvi and NuImage Medical).
Sad to say that I have gained all of the weight back (never did P3, and well - here I am now). I will be doing OP and hope to start loading Sunday 5/19.

I have purchased several vials of Hucog (Bharat Serums) from ReliableRx. And I'm a bit confused on what to do now. There are no instructions, except the pamphlet that comes inside the box, but it gives no mixing detail. I have a new vial of bacteriostatic water that I purchased today but not sure how much to use. I will be doing a 28 day round. Hoping it will last that long (i have four more bottles of Hucog, so if not thats Ok).

I've tried to upload pictures of the Hucog box and vial that I received today hoping that someone here can direct me on what to do. Unsure if the pictures uploaded properly.

On the side of the hucog box it says highly purified I.H. 5,000iu
and underneath it says "Water for Injection I.P......qs

If someone could answer how much bac water to use and if I can use this tiny tiny tiny bottle that the Hucog came in or if I need a new sterile vial to mix the Hucog and Bac water?
From the looks of the hucog vial i can't tell how much water will fit -- its just so tiny :-)

I appreciate any help! Also, if someone wants to share their experience on Hucog via Bharat Serums, that would also be most welcome!

Thank you all and Happy losses!

    Renee

Welcome to the forums! P3 is critical to long term success, as you found. You might want to join the monthly loader group for some support, or the monthly Lovely Losers group where posters are at all different stages of their rounds. You will get the encouragement you need to stay strong through both P2 and P3.

Yes, you will need a mixing vial. You can get one here: https://www.formagenix.net/ Missouri Medical is another source.

Here are grammy's mixing instructions. These assume you have the vial with the powdered HCG in the bottom of the vial:

Hi Thank you Leez. I followed Grammy's mixing instructions but I ran into a possible road block. My liquid Hucog vial contains liquid HCG. So from what I understand I am supposed to use that vial that the HCG comes in and add the bac water into that (no need for a new sterile vial). I was able to inject a full 3ML syringe of bac water but no more because the Hucog vial is so so so tiny. Am I ok with only 3ml of bac water? I wanted to insert the full 5 ml as instructed.

Please let me know if I need to order a sterile vial and draw all of this fluid out and add another 2ML of bac water. I appreciate any help. Thank you! I dont plan to use this mixture more than 14-21 days because i have 4 more Hucog vials. I ordered extras because i was worried about potency.

Ps. Can this same bac water vial be used again or do I need to throw it away? Do i need to store in the fridge?

    Thanks!!

Actually no, that's not what you need to do. That's too little water and we see tons of people run into hunger problems with mixing that way. I always advise mixing 5000 iu with 10 ml of fluid. If your hcg is already liquid, you subtract 1 ml and add 9 ml. You will need a mixing vial to do that because the little vial only holds about 4 ml.

Grammy's instructions are to mix 10ml bacteriostatic water with 5000iu HCG. Many of the suppliers instructions are to mix 5ml with 5000iu, but that makes a very potent mix that is hard to adjust. And some of your dose is left in the needle, so its hard to be accurate at that ratio. Its much easier to use higher ratios. Dr. Simeons used a 1:4 ratio, so he would have mixed 20ml bacteriostatic water with 5000iu HCG.

Here is where it gets confusing with what you have done so far: If your bottle already had liquid HCG, then you subtract that amount from the total that you are mixing into the HCG. Generally, liquid HCG has been mixed with ONE ml bacteriostatic water, which means you need to add 4ml to that to get 5ml, and add 9ml to achieve 10ml. It sounds like you can't do either one with the tiny vial the HCG arrived in, since you could only add 3ml.

If your bottle had only 1 ml and you don't get a new larger sterile vial, then your total dose has to be figured on 4ml total. You can use the formula I posted to figure that out. If you don't know how many ml liquid was in your bottle, you will need to ask the supplier to be sure. I don't recommend you try to dose with that concentrated a mix though. Its too hard to be accurate and you'll run into problems.

When you get the larger sterile vial, you can use the bacteriostatic water that you opened if you store it in the fridge until the sterile vials arrive. As long as you don't start drawing any doses, you can then add the additional water needed to what you have already mixed in the new vial and then start your round. You cannot re-use a sterile vial. You need to use a new one each time.

As you do your round, take into account that the HCG is only good for up to 30 days after the first mixing day, and can even start weakening before that. Also, your bacteriostatic water can only be used for 30 days after opening as well. (As long as you start a new mixture within that 30 days, you can use it to mix your next batch.)

Hi Grammy! Thank you for replying to me directly :-)
Ok. I will do exactly that. I was so bummed to lose another 3 days while I wait for my sterile vials to come in, one of the other message boards suggested that I use the Bacteriostatic water bottle to mix. I would just draw all but 9mls of water out using a couple of syringes and then add the hcg into the empty container and then add in the 9mls of water from the syringes. This all in an effort to get me started a few days earlier. Do you see a problem with this?

Yes there is a problem. You don't want to store multi-dose HCG in a plastic bottle. It's better to just wait the couple of days. You don't want to take risks when you are injecting stuff into your body.

Hi Leez. Thank you. I didnt see that you had replied to this message earlier. I was using my phone.
I was thinking what I might do is use the solution that I have already mixed inside the HCG vial (not the bac water container) for tomorrow and Tuesday and inject 5 using the insulin needle to load and then throw the mixture away after that. Once the new vials come I will start Wednesday with a new vial of HCG liquid and add in the 9mls of bac water as Grammy suggested. From the HCG calculator online it says that I am Ok to do this but I'm sure it'll be an epic fail. What are your thoughts? I should have spent the extra money and ordered from NuImage. Thank you for all the help!

My thoughts are that you should wait to start until you can get your mixture correct. Its only two days. You would be wasting your product and can't be sure you are getting the right dose.

But since I suspect you may go ahead anyway, here is how you would figure your dose (assuming there was 1 ml liquid in your HCG vial):

    5000iu divided by 4ml = 1250
    150iu dose divided by 1250 = .12 or 12 on a U-100 syringe
    125iu dose divided by 1250 = .1 or 10 on a U-100 syringe

I'm not sure what you mean about "injecting 5" - the proper dosing for the mixture you have now is above.

Thanks Leez. I have 3/10 ML syringes. I was thinking a really low does 5 = 50iu. Clearly I am half baking this whole thing, so I wont go through with this plan.
But I will try to find a sterile vial from a medical supply store tomorrow so I can at least start on Tuesday. I have TOM coming and a host of overseas work this summer, so every day counts.
I appreciate the quick responses and the time you have taken away to assist.

I'm glad to hear you have abandoned that plan, especially since HCG is not effective at doses below 85iu. There is no point to starting at any dose other than the one you intend to start on, which should be either 150iu or 125iu.

How much the syringe holds is immaterial, unless you are diluting with a higher ratio and need a bigger one. The important thing is to make sure you have U-100 syringes. The U-40 syringes measure doses differently.

I know sometimes schedules are tight, so I understand wanting to try to make it work. Good luck with your quest today. Some have had success purchasing a sterile vial from a veterinary clinic. Amazon Prime may be another fast option. I heard that they were upgrading to one day shipping.

Just wanted to report back to you that the sterile vials came in on Tuesday evening and i took my first injection yesterday! I mixed exactly to directions - 1ML Hucog to 9ML of Bacteriostatic Water. Even though I loaded yesterday I did feel hungry during my normal times of the day - just before lunch and dinner time. I don't recall feeling hungry during the loading period during previous rounds. In fact, I remember it being the opposite. Yesterday morning at 8am, i took a dose of 12 1/2 which I interpret as 125iu on my U-100 insulin syringe.

Today at 8:30 am, I took a dose of 15 or 150iu - and hoping that helps. I feel hungry right now and its only 9:18am.

Please let me know if you believe i am doing something wrong. Thanks so much for the guidance and support.

Ps. the insulin syringes that I am using are 0.3ML and go from numbers 0-30 on the syringe obviously lol.
