    Hunger and Dosage Question

Hi everyone...I am on R2P2VLCD12. My first round was great..did 40 days lost 38 pounds. I am on my second round and this time around it has been a lot tougher. Hunger was good up till the last 2 days. Today I could have chewed my arm off...I am sooooo hungry. I even had extra protein and still going to bed hungry. I am on sq 40 units which is 200iu. Could my dose be to high? Please give advice. I am ready to throw in the towel and start P3!!!!

Don't give up do a skip a day and see how your feeling: if you feel fine I think it means your dose is too high, If your still hungry I think it means your dose is too low. But with 200iu's I think it sounds like your dose is too high. Grammy can help you with your doses. I have no clue how to direct you on that except to skip a day and see how your feeling as this will help you know if your dose is high or low!

I am doing the sublingual rx hcg that I have to mix, and so I'm not sure how to work out the dosage for the injections.

I agree with Thomy.. don't give up! Just do a skip day. I bet you'll feel MUCH better by 10:30 a.m. and you'll know you've got to lower the dose. It could be that the higher dose was right for you when you weighed more but now you need less. Drop it to 175 iu the next day and see how you feel. If you're hungry again, try 150 iu. I ended up too low at first then too high and found my sweet spot around 165 iu. You just need to find that sweet spot for yourself.

Thanks for all the insight. I did do a skip day last sunday and felt better so maybe my dose is too high. I will drop my dose to 175iu today and see how I do. I will keep you posted.

That's a high dose, Jeanna. I'd definitely drop to 175, maybe even 150. Most can't tolerate 200 iu anymore.

okay so i just had a mini load day. I ate a BAD breakfast. Feel better. Took a smaller dose and hope to get off on the right foot tomorrow. I had no will power after starving for a couple days. I took 175 iu this morning. I know I will probably not lose for a couple of days but I guess that is better than going off completely!
