    Hunger question VLCD Day 6

    Hi there.

My doctor is saying that it is normal to be hungry every 3 hours or so and that is not indicative of a need to change my dosing. What do you all think?
I am not hungry in the morning. I get hungry at about 3 hours after my shot and then before lunch and seem to be a little hungry most of the day.

    Thanks

It sounds like your dose is a little too high. What is your dose?

Tomorrow should be a skip day anyway if you're doing a long round. Pay attention to how you feel on your skip day. Your dose could be a bit high or even a bit low. If you feel better as the day goes on, especially after 4 and into the evening, then your dose is a bit high. If you feel more hungry after 4, then it's a bit too low.

Thank you. No one has told me anything about a skip day? Do you do this every week? Not sure what to do when my doctor doesn't know what's going on.

Yes you do this every day. At the top of the page is a tab that reads Original M****cript. Make sure you read that.

Hi its me again. So I skipped today and was STARVING this morning and then less hungry and pretty well maintaining after 4pm. Seems like that may indicate that my dose of 125 may ne too high. However for the first time last night I felt really good, prior to skipping. Should I stay at 125 or go lower? Seems like 125 is low already. Thanks.

Answered on your other post. I'd lower to 100. It's not at all uncommon to need lower than 125.
