Hunger on VLCD1 - ok right?

Hi Grammy - I've read through tons of threads and I think it's normal to be hungry the first few days of VLCD. I just want to make sure. Yesterday (VLCD1) I was fine until about 4PM, then even after dinner and my second drops, went to bed starving.
This morning I woke up somewhat hungry but I've been trying to hold off eating as long as I can.

    I'm doing SubL RX.
I have the 5000 Hucog, mixed with 15ml wound wash - taking drops every 12 hours - 0.5ml

I just need to confirm for piece of mind haha.
    Thank you!!

Your dose may be off. If it's not better later this afternoon, you might want to consider skipping tomorrow's drops and see how you feel.

I skipped last night and this morning's doses and feel SO much better! Thanks for the suggestion. This def means I should lower my dose. Should I go to .4ml twice a day? Or .3?

Should I start taking them tonight since I skipped last night/this morning? Or should I just start tomorrow morning?

    Thanks so much Grammy!!!!

I love all your advice Grammy! I am R1P2D17 and am doing injections of 1700. I have had a 5 day stall with NO cheats. I have had bouts of hunger here and there but continue to stay strong. I did leave my HCG on the counter for about 9 hours but read that should not have any effect. I have either fish or chicken for lunch and dinner along with asparagus or spinach. Either apples or grapefruit and either 1 or 2 melba per day. I have Tazo passion tea here and there. I drink more than the suggested amount of water. Can you advise?

Stalls are normal, TurBear but you're not doing injections of 1700. LOL That would be a humongous dose, 1/3 of a 5000 iu vial. Do you mean 170 iu? That's pretty high too. I would skip your next shot and see if the hunger is better. You'll lose better on the right dose too.
