    Good for you Rosief!! I'd still be afraid to cheat, but food is always a source of anxiety and ambivalence for me but I'm so glad it worked out for you. Enjoy your family!

    Nice losses everyone!! I was back down to my pre-load weight yesterday, and this morning I officially lost 2lbs on HCG! I've been having strange hunger waves, so I reduced my injection this morning from 150iu to 125iu. I've been getting hungry between 1PM-6Pm, then after dinner I am good. Last night I almost didn't have my fruit snack before bed, I was so uninterested in food! But then at 4am I woke up with hunger cramps, dizziness, and couldn't sleep. I laid in bed until 7am and felt better. I skipped breakfast this morning, took my reduced injection, and have no hunger, and I'm nursing a french press of dark italian roast Mmmmmm.

I really want to get into the 100 club before I'm done with my P2. My hubby already transitioned to P3 and is doing fabulous!! He started at 248 and is down to 222. He stopped the drops on day 26 and we are at day 33 so he's really happy!

    LadyJune - St. Louis is getting slammed with rain too!! Roads are flooding all over the place. I have a feeling golf league might get cancelled tomorrow which is a bummer, because I love me some golf!

    My husband has started walking and I need to start too, since my only activity is my golf day, except I sprained my ankle at golf last week and it is still swollen. I hope I didn't fracture anything. I joked to my husband, that I might have broken it had it not been for the reduction of 20 lbs.

    Snow Queen - I too order Ovidac from Reliable RX and love it. My sublingual mixing is different from Grammy's recommendation. I use Dan Foss' mixing recipe which is reverse engineered RELEANA. It's worked the best for me so far. It actually uses 10,000 iu in the mix so I think my dose may end up a little higher than what everyone else is taking, but it really works for me and my hubby, so we've stuck to it.

    Hello! I hope that I can join in! I've been meaning to jump in, but work has been so busy that when I'm done I just want to get away from the computer. I'm on day 10 of VLCD in my 2nd round. I was in the Feb/Mar group and started my 2nd round about 8 weeks after my last injection.

    The round in February was mentally tough - overcoming my desire to eat just because, getting over the carb and sugar cravings, but made it through and had GREAT losses 33lbs! Phase 3 for me was great too, pretty stable. I started my loading days about 3lbs over where I finished round 4 because I became really lazy towards the end - I think knowing I was starting again. Not the best idea but oh well. LOL.

    This time around is so much easier - I was able to jump right back in. I really enjoy the routine and honestly the limited choices. I don't have to think much. I portion out my meat at the beginning of the week and freeze it and take out 2 portions each night to defrost in the fridge for the next day and cook it with my veggie for lunch/dinner. I work from home so I just throw whatever I'm having on my foreman grill with my veggie and it's ready in 10 min.

    Anyway, the losses are a bit slower this time around. 8lbs down in 10 days (1st round I was over 200lbs so I lost 11lbs in the same time frame. Anyway, looking forward to some additional support!

    Hi Jaly- 8 pounds in 10 days is a great result so far! Keep up the good work. I've moved on to P3 and am loving the extra freedom but also miss the ease and predictability of P2. More exciting to be losing weight than to try to maintain! Good luck! I'll be back for another round in August.

    yay! I've lost 5 real HCG pounds in the last 2 days! (Not counting load weight!) I know I'm in the honeymoon period but hopefully this can keep going somewhat haha. I am still not really experiencing "hunger" regularly but I'll get "low" and kind of light headed at times. Then I get this panicked feeling in my brain that says EAT SOMETHING. So yesterday I made myself a large iced coffee and put cream in it as my 1 tbsp of milk (I know, not protocol). But that brought me 'back up' and I was able to make it to dinner. This morning I lowered my dose again, originally from 150iu then yesterday 125 iu and today I tried 100 iu. I was getting hunger pains early in the morning then between 1-6pm. Once I eat dinner I am so satisfied I usually don't want to fit in my fruit serving I keep as a snack/dessert.

    .1 lb loss!

    Woo hoo, lol. I'm working out during P2 so I'm sure my losses will be slower on the scale. I just thought I'd have a giggle at my .1 loss.

    How are you working out? Are you eating higher than 500, then? I was thinking of doing this as well. I know it will slow losses but I'm hoping I "look" better in the end.

    I want to make sure I tone while losing fat so I'm doing the workouts from the 21 Day Fix. They're HIIT but only 30 minutes long. Everyday is a different type of workout that focuses on something different. I'm eating slightly higher than the 500 calories, I'm at approximately 675-700 calories. I'm not getting overly hungry so I think I'm at a good intake.
