    LOL!!! I started at 150. It might be a tad high but we will see. I'm going to have mug cake tonight for sure! And something with avocados and cheese. Hmm, maybe I'll do cauliflower pizza since I won't be able to have it for a while. Though I was thinking about trying a modification for P2. Making the crust with cauliflower and one egg white to hold it together then putting meat on top with no cheese. I could use tomato paste as one fruit.

    ahhh already making plans to go rogue

    I still haven't done the mug cake. Tried the quinoa pasta last night. Wasn't bad, but then even with my Natural calm I had very little output overnight so my weight is skewed today because of it.

    When I start on the hucog (in 4 more weeks - I keep telling myself) should I start at 150 or 175? Do you think having the extra volume mixing for a total of 8ml with 2000iu works better than just 4ml total volume when going subq? I do have the 10ml vials.

    Grammy you are making miss avacados in a big way! I love love love guac & chips.

    I haven't been all that great this round but I am still loosing weight. Perhaps not as quickly as I should but I am doing what I need to in order to stay sane. I am thinking my hcg is loosing potency as I have noticed I have a bit of hunger again. I have also decided to extend my round, so I will going longer.

    Hello everyone! Good to see you are joining us Colleen although you are looking great already! Well after making some changes I had a 1.5 loss. Here is what I did differently. No oranges, no food at night after dinner (usually I save some veggies) only one fruit and a half hour walk. I am happy with the loss although last night was my skip night and I was hungry...lot's of tea! I had eggs today I will be interested how my loss is tomorrow although I may not have a chance to walk
    AK conrats on your loss! Sounds like you have a good plan...which always helps.

    I said cauliflower but I meant cabbage. LOL I do my cauliflower pizza with cabbage. Though even adding an egg white is rogue for me!

That worked yesterday before I went to a "chili dump." Everyone brings a serving of chili and dumps it into a big pot. It smelled really goood, but I sipped my lemon-water. Good thing, because as a surprise, and Zumba instructor came to give lessons! Wouldn't have wanted to do that with a gullet full of chili!

    Dang - I didn't realize there was no tuna in P2??? I started this through a clinic and the book from them said that canned light tuna was ok I did read Pounds and Inches but guess I didn't notice the omission. Bummer!
