Have I messed up my metabolism?

Grammy, I have done 6 rounds, but only to maintain the 65 lbs I originally lost on R1. This has been the hardest. I知 eating clean & have learned my food sensitivities. I知 cautious of eating gluten, dairy or sugar, but still finding myself gaining 5-15 lbs. thus the 5 other rounds. I知 also avoiding most carbs as well, because when I do, I gain! Have I messed up my metabolism? I知 I developing thyroid issues? Should I get tested? If so, where do I start?

Hcg didn't mess up your metabolism or cause any of this. Whatever is going on is the reason you had to lose 65 pounds to begin with. You just have to be a sleuth and figure it out. First thing I would do is if it's been at least 6 weeks since your last round of hcg, get some tests run: free T3, free T4, reverse T3, insulin, vitamin D, vitamin b12, A1c, morning glucose, 24 hour adrenal saliva test. Often when there's a problem regaining you have an underlying thyroid problem. Low adrenals can result in depressed thyroid function so that's why I suggest testing that.

You can also do the Recitas plan The Metabolism Plan to see what you're sensitive to. It might be something as innocuous as salmon or asparagus, strangely enough. It works well to figure out your personal issues.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol
