Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have reached immunity. Or your HCG is no longer viable. That is a possibility. You can test by putting a whole dose on a pregnancy test strip. But either way, 2 days isn't long enough to fix anything. I would stop injecting and start your transition to P3. You won't make 30, but you are well beyond the minimum requirements.

Maybe Grammy will have something additional to say to help you with your transition. Good luck with your P3.

Wait to hear from Grammy on this, as she has much more experience with the immunity issues than I do, but reaching immunity means you would have to wait much longer before starting another round, possibly a year. And it also can be permanent.

Oh man, yes it sounds like you've reached immunity or your hcg is bad. Immunity is usually not permanent but you will need a really long break, at least 6 mos. Sometimes even a different brand of hcg the next time can help. But stop immediately and go into P3. You also mixed much too potently and I see much more hunger on that kind of a mix. Next time mix with 10 ml of fluid. So sorry, honey!

ok thanks...that was my gut feeling when I was up with hunger pangs and dreaming of sugar (which I never did the whole time!) The truth? its a gift!! yes, b/c I was abusing the protocol in the past. Now I know that hcg is not an option for me and therefore MUST take P3P4 seriously and look at lifestyle changes very seriously. Thank you for all the excellent advice.

Grammy-you said to go to P3 right away? Yesterday was my last dose so another day of VLCD? I am very hungry. so thought to add some protein already...

Yes go to P3 immediately. Don't wait two or three days, start adding protein and fats right away. Good luck!
