    Newbie needs help

    Hi there,

I'm starting R1 tomorrow and need to make sure I do this right. I won't have access to a stove for more than a week as I'm on the road but was hoping that my scale, pre-cooked frozen shrimp, Kirkland pre-cooked chicken should do the trick. Here are my questions:

    1. Should I weigh the pre-cooked salad shrimp it frozen or thawed?
    2. Since protein has to be 100g weighed raw, how about the pre-cooked shrimp or chicken?
    3. Is this Kirkland pre-cooked grilled chicken p2 friendly? https://www.fooducate.com/app#!page=...F-1231380C180E
    4. Frank's Red Hot Original hot sauce
    4. These are the drops I'm using https://diydietstore.com/diy-weight-...-2-oz-40-days/. let me know if they are not ok.
    5. For toiletries, I'm using some of these: vaseline, curel continuous comfort fragrance free, Secret clear gel.

    Thanks

To know if your drops contain real HCG, check the ingredients list. The first ingredient should be HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and a series of dilution strengths. Something like 6X 12X 30X. If you don't see that, the drops are fake and you should not use them with the HCG diet.

Chicken breast or shrimp that is precooked is a smaller portion by weight than raw. So you will need to adjust use 3 oz portions instead of 4 oz.

    Example:
1 oz shrimp raw: 30 calories
1 oz shrimp cooked: 40 calories

Some people can use Franks hot sauce, some cannot. Peppers are not on the original protocol menu.

Most toiletries are fine. Your list looks good.

I've used tinned white meat chicken and shrimp on trips. Its not as tasty as fresh, but it does the job. Be careful to read ingredients so that you don't see added oils or sugar. A tiny bit of starch is not an issue, since we get that in the melba/breadsticks anyway.

Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. Thanks Leez! I checked my drops and yes, it says HCG 6x 12x....

This is one of the strictest diets out there, so I hope it does work.

It is truly amazing. If your dose is right, you won't be hungry, you won't have cravings, and the simple small meals will seem tasty and satisfying.

If you find yourself struggling with hunger or cravings, ask for help. We can guide you through determining your needed dose adjustment.
