hunger and poor losses are almost always a dose issue or fake homeopathic hcg. What dose are you on?

BostonBully, have you read the original manuscript at the tab on the top of this page? It contains the original list of food, which is all the food named by Sdwis in her post (except scallops, unfortunately, because those would be a really welcome addition to the protocol). You can easily find recipes here on this site or by searching the internet to make creative hcg recipes using only approved items from the food list. As for hunger and poor losses, it usually means your dose of hcg is too high. Try skipping your next dose of hcg. After 4pm on the skip day, pay attention to how your hunger is. If you are less hungry, lower your dose by 25 iu. If you are more hungry, raise the dose by 25 hcg. You might want to start your own post instead of posting in this one so Leez and Grammy can better help you with hunger issues and other people can chime in with recipe suggestions.

As for the OP, I'm sure you're well into P3 by now and I hope it is going well.

I feel so restricted right now with what I can eat but I not feeling that hungry either which is a good thing for me. This is my 2nd time trying this diet and my first time I had very poor losses, was eating more food, and and was starving every minute of the day.

I only use Dr. simeon's original P2 foods list, which we all know is very limited. The spices & stir fry's are what give me the variety and creativity I need to keep going. I don't use recipes, I just make my own creations and make note of what works for me. With that, I'm never hungry or bored, and always have great losses unless I oversalt something.

Looking at your comments, Boston, I'd guess you were on too high of a dose and were not given the right list of on protocol foods. A dose too high causes bad hunger and poor losses.

    Hi Jmmrr,

After noticing that shrimp (which are on the list) caused me to stall or even have a slight gain, I decided to try scallops (I season them with old bay and broil them). I don't gain or stall on the days I have scallops, but have a normal loss as with any other approved seafood. One of my other P2 favs is garlic crabs. I throw crab legs, dried parsley, and a bunch of garlic cloves into a pot of boiling water until they are nice and flavorful - then voila absolutely yummy.....
