I know they have B12... no caffeine but i had two cups blk coffee this morning, normally no issue but maybe on empty stomach, First day i had golden apple, asparagus, shrimp, strawberries , cabbage and chicken breast Coffee, water and Bengal Spice herbal tea Tajes me two or three days to get used to it

Still having side effects from hcg pellets. Low urine output despite lots of water and moderate constipation. Last three days weight has stalled or bounced up a lb. i am sure fluids are staying in my system. They said no extra salt so i barely use it. This is also first time i did dr simeons protocol. Always used my clinics food list.
The hunger issue got better taking half but not perfect. With urine issue and still some hunger i took no pellet today and feel so much better. Not sure if its the pellet or the b12 they add to it.
Problem is what to do tomorrow. Maybe shave some more off the half pellet. ?! Wish i would have stayed with injections. Had no issues. Even if they send me vial i am unsure how to mix and they are very slow shipping to me. I sent question two days ago and no answer. I need help!!! Very frustrated. At least no hunger at all all day

With how better i felt today without hcg i ordered the rx inj from Nu Image. A very costly lesson from me since i need to discard the pellets. Just hope they fill the order quicker than they did last time. In the meantime they recommended if i dont get it in 3 days and i dont use pellets then i should ingest about 800 cal till it comes. Hope i can do mixing Of course they are sending supplies. Wonder if i need extra vial or more water than they provide

Actually Leez has an idea on how you could use those pellets. Do you have any bac water or now that I think about it you could buy some colloidal silver. Anyway, you could dissolve your pellets in a liquid then measure it out properly for a sublingual dose. We could walk you through the measurements if you want to try it.

I can get bac water at cvs pharmacy but nit sure about vials and large transfer needle but might be worth it to have some avaikabke as they Nu Image are slow sending things Please walk me thru steps I cut in half some of them but could use the whole ones i have to tide me over

How many pellets do you have? I'll figure out the ratio from there.

1 pellet will give 4 doses of 125 iu and you'd want to do that twice a day. If you mixed 1 pellet in 1 ml of fluid, you'd take 25 units or .25 ml under the tongue twice a day. So if you have a glass bottle with a ml dosing syringe (you should be able to get a child's dosing syringe at the drugstore) you could mix in that. I usually keep old amber glass bottles that have a syringe attached in case I need them. If you have 10 pellets left, you could easily fit 10 ml of fluid in it with the 10 pellets. Any glass bottle with a top you can remove to get a dosing syringe in would work.
