I've been reading about this, Dianna. They also say it works for other allergies, too. I have started this year on allergy injections because......are you ready for this.....I'm allergic to horses. Yes, I train and ride horses and I'm horribly, terribly, break-out-in-itchy-hives-everytime-I'm-around-them allergic to horses. Go figure. I have used EFT (another alternative therapy) successfully for years, have used several alternative therapies for my horses....I figure, hey, if this can keep me from having to go to the doc every week FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS to get a shot, it'll be worth it! LOL

Wish me luck and I'll tell you how it goes! Also, Grammy has a who board about how to do the method. Very interesting reading....

Okay, update!! I've inched my way up to about 1400-1500 calories since last Thursday. I've added eggs and yesterday cheese. I've lost about 1.5lbs over the weekend, but seem to have stabilized the last two days.

I hate to get excited and all....but HOLY COW!! I'm actually eating food and maintaining my loss at this point. I'm so very excited!!!!

Dianna - have you started P3 yet? How are you doing???

You know, grammy, if this forum didn't exist, I would NEVER have been able to do this. My doctor "talked" me into trying hcg, charged me for an office visit, wrote a prescription, told me to go buy the P&I book and that was it. No weigh-ins, no coaching, no NOTHING. Not even a follow up phone call! LOL I started googling and found this website - and then this forum. What an answer to prayer!

How sad it is to think of all the people who have been prescribed this without any information....they don't get the results and they think it's a product failure.

Thank you and EVERYONE here for what you do. It really matters. I've struggled for several years with my weight since quitting smoking...and because of this little miracle and this board...I'm ONE HAPPY GIRL!!!! YIPPEE!!! <----- doing the happy dance.

    Hugs,
    Robin

That was pretty much my experience too, Robin. This forum was such a blessing!

Can anyone help me on a lasering question. I lasered quite a few items this morning. I started with nuts, then did cream, cream cheese, hard cheese, eggs, yogurt. I read after that, that I was supposed to start with eggs then dairy. Do I need to start over.........and start with the eggs. Thank you, Margo

    I am in p3.

Thank you for the quick reply. I've been maintaining my weight, although constantly eating, packing snacks, etc. I'm hoping at some point my body will resolve itself. My husband and I eat very nutritious diets (only organic, rarely any processed foods, mainly eat protein and vegetables) and exercise regularly; so, I'm thinking I'll wait it out and see if the hunger gets any better. Maybe, fourth round will be different! Hoping.

You lasered too many at a time, mogo. I would never laser more than 2 at a time. then you avoid the last one you lasered. NAET has a specific order to follow and I've done that order with the lasering on people who have never had NAET but it may not matter. I'll see if I can find grayfree and ask her. She's the one who told me about it. She's a practitioner.

Thank you colleen. Today I re-lasered the cheddar cheese and the nuts (macadamian, almonds, pistachios), because I lasered them through plastic bags, so this time I put them in a glass and re-lasered them. Yesterday I did the egg, cream cheese, heavy cream and yogurt (through a glass) (except the egg was in my hand), so should these be ok. Thanks, Margo
