    Thanks so much for all of the responses yesterday. *Much* appreciated! I took your advice divn_diva and guess what? I did not go UP this AM...I stayed the same! Coincidence? Maybe, but we will see if I find the same tomorrow!

    Hey Everyone! I'm at the end of week 5 in P3 and still stable! I am a little nervous for tomorrow morning though. I had a bagel (multi grain)today around 11:30am or so w/ cream cheese. I had bread last week and I was okay but still...i'm nervous! haha. I have been okay w/ ravioli and mac & cheese (home made). It probably helps that I am doing some cardio and drinking a good amount of water as well!

    -R2P2 starts Thanksgiving!!! I'm not excited about eating bland again, I AM excited about being DONE DONE DONE!!

    Well, I certainly wouldn't say I am eating like I am going into hibernation. I simply increased my calories by adding good fats to my already pretty average sized meals....and of course listening to my body when it needs more...or less and going with the flow.

    torister- I think ull be fine! Like u said as long as u have room for more, and are hungry for it no reason u should have troubles unless it ends up being something u dont do well with. I just started p3 yesturday, and am just listening to my body. Not too hungry yet only eating about 950-1000 calories, and ill gradually increase a little everyday or every couple days as long as my bodies ready to increase. Ive never been one to get too hungry though, but im sure as my body gets used to adding more food i will get a little more appetite.

    Alright so my bfs mom works at the dr office i go to... and u know i got a UTI today and started takin something to treat it but she said its a ragingg!! UTI as she said and she wants me to like chug cranberry juice and water but im scared to bc im on p3, and thats ALOT of carbs and sugar :\ Maybe ill just drink like double water... and i drink alott of water so that would be like 20 or more bottles. But id rather do that than cranberry juice. I mean atleast im on a high perscription med to take it away..

    I'm so sorry to hear about your UTI. You might be able to find frozen cranberry juice with no sugar added. I also take cranberry capsules that do not have any sugar in them. Good luck!

    Well today is Day 3 of p3, and im up .9 from yesturday...still .8 below LDW. Not sure if it was the eggs i had 2 mornings ago, the fact that i have a UTI (infection causing water retention?) Or i havent had a BM yet in p3 and on day 3? What do u guys think? or maybe its time to raise the calories? i dont feel too hungry yet. Todays menu is about 100 cals more.

    Steak Day question

    Well, it's steak day for me! I'm 4 lbs over LDW! Again, I think things are just not...eh...moving, but 4lbs is a bit high for that. I know I didn't drink enough water over the past two days, so going to guzzle it down today. I want to drink some coffee today too, first to help keep me from feeling so hungry, and second to...er...get things moving.

    My question...I've read that some can do cream in the coffee. Can I do xylitol, too?

    Also, I've started using Stevia from time to time. Does Stevia make anyone gain? Maybe that's my issue.




    Starting weight: 160lbs
    Week one: -10lbs!
    Week two: -4lbs! total loss = 14lbs!
    Week three: -3lbs total loss =17lbs!
    Starting P3 @ 143lbs.
    Week 1 P3: 144lbs

    hello all, I love this thread, it gives me such inspiration! I am r1/p3/d12. my question is this, I ordered whey low after seeing a ice cream recipe on this forum. (by the way it is very good) but I was wondering about whey low in general? any thoughts? does it make you run to the bathroom like xylitol? It almost taste too good to be true. I am maintaining under 2lbs of LIW of hhcg and don't want to mess up with this wonderful sugar like subsitute. thanks eveybody and keep up the good work.

    walleyewife - I used almond flour last night and made a muffin in a coffee cup for my first day of R1P3. It was great.... my tummy did grumble a bit but it was well worth it! I was impressed with the muffin.... it was fluffy, which I hadn't experienced a bread type texture in forever! Both my son and husband tasted the muffin and wanted me to make them one for themselves! I told them to step back....!
