    Question Phase I question

    Just started Phase 2 today. I feel like I didn't really do Phase 1 since I really didnt eat as much as I can. I was busy at work and most of the time running around taking care of stuff at home...When do you know you really did Phase 1 right? Do you feel so full that you hate to eat the next day? This is my 2nd round of HCG, the 1st time I did the Phase 1, i also just ate carbs, but didnt really look for all the fatty foods and it was a struggle to get through phase 2 to be honest....I feel like I could have lost more lbs if I did Phase 1 right... Can you please tell me when do you know that you did Phase 1 right that Phase 2 will be a lot easier? should I start again, since i didnt really overload? or just go with Phase 2?

    You can do an extra loading day if you feel you didn't do it right. it just uses up one more of your injections before you start losing. But it won't hurt your progress. Dr. Simeons had certain people who had been on low-fat diets for a long time load for up to 7 days.

    The main thing about the loading phase is to get in some fats every couple of hours throughout the 2 days. You don't have to stuff yourself to the point of pain. Just eat some fats everytime you eat.

    If you have loaded correctly, you will have only a little hunger the first couple days, or possibly none.

    My experience wasn't the norm, but I lose all hunger within a short time after starting the injections--so loading is actually difficult for me. I've never had any hunger starting out my rounds, so I assume I've loaded correctly. I've loaded both with junk (fatty stuff and sweet stuff) and other times with just good fats and no starches/sugars. It has worked equally well both ways. But the key seems to be getting enough fat.

    Everyone loses at their own rate. You can't make anything happen.

    Average loss for women for the first week of 500 calorie days is 8-10 pounds, which includes any extra weight gained loading. I could happen as a pound a day that week, or you could have stops and starts. You likely won't lose a pound a day no matter how perfectly you loaded. Weightloss gets less after the first week. The average for women is about a half pound a day averaged over the whole round. Some will do a little better than that, but there's no way to predict.

    It doesn't seem to matter how much you have to lose, it's really just about how your body reacts to the hormone.

    Really all the loading phase is for is to make sure your fat stores are in good shape as you wait for the hcg to be effective. It is just to help the hunger the first day. You don't have to overdo it at all. I hear of people loading so much they get sick and that's just silly. The protocol says to eat to capacity. In other words, don't diet, eat until you're full. it doesn't say to be ridiculous with it.
