Question about continuing for 40 days

So I have been on hcg lozenges for 27 days and today was my first day off bc I was going to take a break for 6 weeks. I have three lozenges left and today realized maybe I wanted to just continue on? I’ve lost 21 lbs but have another 20 to lose to be at GW. What is the best thing to do? Take a break and do phase 3 or try to continue on?

I dont know what hcg lozenges are... i only took injectiins... i did a 40 day round this time and while losses did slow down a bit i was glad i did it, Being home and not traveling die to covid19 made it easier to eat the right foods, I was not hungry so i didnt mind the longer round, It is whether you want to do it,

If you can, it would be to your benefit to continue until you have done at least 30 dose days, then transition off. Your stabilization tends to be more solid after 30 days.

If you can't get one in today, its ok to do the 3 extra dose days (after skipping today) and then start your transition.
